Sales associate Ms Yi was so passionate about helping her customers. We had a wonderful time shopping. My wife was very indecisive and we looked at probably 30 to 40 rings before we found the right one. Mis Yi is an asset to Zales!! she has a customer for life! Collection oh, I’m sorry

We went to different places looking for an engagement ring but ended up going back to Zales in Baybrook mall. Mahmuda was the sales associate that helped us and she made it so easy to find a ring. She was very helpful, gave honest opinions and overall made the whole thing a breeze. If you’re in the market for an engagement ring I would definitely consider going to Zales and ask for Mahmuda.
