I had a very bad experience, I went to look for Christmas gifts for friends, it was my first time in that store, I don't know what sizes they carry, I am curvy, and the worker there simply looked at me in a mocking tone. She repeated the word no no no several times, looking me up and down, I think she was making fun of me because I was looking for clothes there, which I repeat was not for me, I was looking for my Christmas gifts, to which I said excuse me?? She said in a mocking tone nothing and I told her what did you say and she said no nothing with a terrible attitude, it made me feel so bad, I just hope you are not equally cruel to every person who comes in there. The worst store in Baybrook Mall in Buckle American Eagle and other stores treat you the best and she how bad that they have that staff.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a windsor. I was there today and waited in a 30 minute checkout line with only two people in front of me. It was absolutely ridiculous considering there were multiple workers there and no other register open while a line of 5 people backed up behind me. It seemed like they were training but it was clearly not the right time considering it was extremely busy and a 30 minute check out line is unacceptable. The manager at this time acknowledged how slow it was being and then did absolutely nothing about it. This has put me off ever coming to this windsor again. I hope this doesn’t ever happen to another shopper here as it was ridiculous.

The door was hard to lock and was giving me issues and I thought I locked it. But an employee didn’t even have the decency to knock just put her key and came in with 4 other people while exposed. A knock first would’ve been appreciated at the very least but then she got mad and said yall need to lock doors. I was confused on why she had an attitude when she’s the one barging in. I wanted to buy the outfit but the distaste in these employees are crazy. I understand accidents might happen but basic human skills would be the least to expect from an establishment

everyone was very nice and helpful, until it was time to check out the girl standing there was on the computer she said someone will be with us. 5 minutes of waiting no one came up to check us out and she just kept side eyeing while we waited, would’ve been nice if she could’ve just checked us out, we left our stuff on the counter and walk out with nothing

Shaunte is amazing!! She helped us find the right dresses!! She’s the store manager and was never afraid to pause what she was doing to help us! She helped us find gorgeous dresses and reach ones we wanted to try! One other associate helped us but I didn’t catch her name.

Recently came in looking for a top for my mother’s birthday and received excellent help in picking something out for her. Brie C. Was a big help in helping me pick something out that would match my mom's style! Plus the product selection is right in line with what she tends to wear. Would definitely recommend the service!
