Slow, bad communication, be prepared to repeat yourself and then still have to repeat yourself. Write it down, say it aloud and put it on a billboard and they will still get any and everything wrong at every single step of the way.

I like this location. Its easy to access quickly, clean and friendly. Today amidst photo printing issues Tamara took time and patience to work through the issue and help reolve it even though the store was very busy. She was also very kind about it. Thankyou!!

I'm literally setting here at the drive through window for 4 minutes now and the rep at the window couldn't even stop to say one moment please. Good customer service is one of the things that keeps me coming back to spend my hard earn dollars and what I expect.

UPDATE: Took the test Saturday May 6 at 2pm. Told I would have my results in 2 to 3 hours. It is now Wednesday May 10 at 10AM. I just now got the results. A 2 hour test took 92 hours.Don't bother going here for a rapid test. It's been over 24hrs and no results. Called multiple times and the last lady was very rude, cut me off explaining the situation, said she'd get back with me. That was 5 hours ago. No word. They either never ran the test or are to lazy to look for my results.

I wasn't even in here for myself but a shipt order. These lil girls yall got working the front are rude, unfriendly, and not helpful. Definitely wouldn't come back for myself but hey it's just Walgreens.

This place isn't the absolute worst. This happened on 02/28 during the afternoon. Shift lead lady has an attitude. I think her name is Madison or Madelyn. I had a question about price matching and she was very unprofessional about it and walked away to help another customer as my concern was not addressed. I told her the other Walgreens store said I'm able to price match it in store from the Walgreens website and they proceeded. Definitely a really bad aura from her and was rude from the get go like she didn't like her job. Maybe because I look like a young Asian boy. Ageism....? Just a little shook that she's even the manager. Cashier girl was sweet.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I have my son’s pediatrician call in his prescription at this Walgreen's even tho I live in Richmond, because it’s 0.2 miles from my job so I get it omw home and not have to drive 10 mins it’s past my house to get it. Anyways I received a voicemail from Vinn inquiring about my address and why I’m filling it out here. I call back and explain and he starts telling me they have a new policy saying if it’s over 50 MILES then they can’t fill it. My address is 39 miles but is a 50 MINUTE drive. Again I brought this to his attention but he said I was wrong. Then he brought to my attention that “well it’s been filled by numerous doctors so that’s a red flag!” Um it shows TWO because they’re a group of doctors in the same facility and if one isn’t available then another is. Basically Vinn thinks I'm pharmacy/doctor shopping and stealing my sons adderall all because this is a convenience for me. I’ve filled this medication 3 or 4 times at this location the last several months and now Im all the sudden a red flag. Don’t go to this pharmacy! H‑E‑B is way better and cheaper.

Great pharmacy! Very kind people. Kathya was very kind to me and extremely helpful. I went to do a COVID test in the drive through, and they made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend

This is the first complaint I’ve ever made. I feel awkward doing this, It is out of the ordinary for me but this is ridiculous.. I get that it’s Friday and everyone wants to go home & I also don’t know all the circumstances but Walgreens has been closed since I showed up around 3:45pm for a “power outage”. When I got there at 3:45pm everything was on, lights etc. every other business around had power too. It’s now 8pm and I went back by and they’re still closed due to said power outage. I get that everyone wants to go home, like I said, but you are a pharmacy that delivers people medicine. You can’t just close up shop because you lost power for 20 minutes.

Horrible pharmacy. Rude and can’t even understand them on the phone. Completely unhelpful. Next time I’ll just go in and demand the service required and won’t leave the counter until I get it. They didn’t even do a count on a controlled medication (which was wrong). Unbelievable.
