The last few times i’ve been here I have had a comfortable and a pleasant experience. Everyone I have encountered in the place is very kind. When I need to get my hair trimmed I always go to Kody. He has gave me a layered haircut with bangs that I love so much, and it’s so refreshing and satisfying when I get my hair style trimmed again. He does a blowout for me and styles my hair very nicely after every trim. Not only his outstanding work is great, but he also is a great conversationalist! As a person with a little bit of social anxiety, he is very easy to talk to and communicate with. I definitely recommend taking an appointment in with Kody.

18 yr old grandson scalp was burned from bleach. He told colorist it was burning and she told him that’s normal. Washed it out and told him there was another crème bleach that wouldn’t burn . He said ok . Then after applying it she also put him under the hot lamp and he said it was on top of his head. After a few mins she checked him and said well it’s in low. As she walked off he could feel the heat was hotter couldn’t take it anymore. She put a toner on it at some point or color.(08) This all happened this morning. A bit ago he asked me if he was bleeding. No but his head on top is burned and blisters oozing. Not a happy camper. $120 plus tip. Will be there tomorrow to get his money back.
Specialties: Don’t use anyone that hasn’t been a colorist very long!

Gigi did my hair color and completely damaged it by leaving the bleach way too long. She did not care to fix it. She said very little to me and sent me off to get my haircut I was confused and nervous because I knew she had completely damaged my hair. The guy who cut my hair of course is her friend and tried to talk to me and convinced me to cut most of it off because of the substantial damaged caused. My hair was to my waist in length and had to cut it shoulder length. Not to mention the hair cut was so choppy it looked like I did it myself and not only did they mess it up once but twice. After that they tried to make it abetter but they charged $250.00. This was a nightmare and I’m extremely upset about my hair. Please be careful with Gigi. She was very unprofessional and never said a thing. Gigi should never touch anyone’s hair ever again.

I had the recent pleasure of having Kody Schmidt do my hair. As I have very coarse and frizzy hair, getting it cut and styled is always a problem. Having said that, Kody made my hair look the best it has ever looked in my 62 years on this earth. His friendly manner made me feel like a queen. I would recommend him for everybody and every kind of cut. Cheers to a great job Kody!

Vanessa gave me a great color but Angie cutting my hair was a BIG mistake. She was angry when I tried to show her pictures. She said I wouldn't like that style because I wouldn't be able to fix it and I tried to get her to give me her recommendations on how I should have my haircut . She wouldn't even discuss it with me. Just started cutting. No instruction on how to style my hair. I looked forward to this haircut for a long time. I'm 73 years old and I feel she wanted to make a fool out of me. So I have this new haircut and really don't know how to style it at all. Thanks, Angie! I'll never come to you again and probably won't ever come back to visible changes because of this. Mona DeWitt

Definitely love getting my hair taken care of by Wendy. Everyone is always super upbeat and the vibes are great all around. Wendy always does a phenomenal job and has helped me out on more than one occasion with hair issues for me and my family. Make sure to call ahead of time cause I've noticed that spots do fill up, but they have a tier list based on how long they've been working and whatnot and I've always found it good to invest in a top tier stylist. Happy hair is a happy person!

I always come out of a hair appointment dissatisfied and I’m on to the next salon. Yesterday was the first time I came away knowing I would be back. Logan did highlights and Isabell cut my hair. Logan not only knows what he’s doing but very kind. Isabell cared whether I liked my cut or not. She said I don’t want you to go home and say that’s not what I wanted. HUGE thank you to these two.

Jaime Surprenant Regional Manager and Michelle of Visible changes are SUPERHEROS in my wifes life. They made a bad thing right for my wife WOW Awesome customer service God Bless them for stepping up. I understand places get busy but yesterday was unacceptable. I booked an appointment for my girlfriend to have her hair only washed, not styled or cut or anything like that. We waited for over 45 minutes past the appointment time and ended up leaving
On the other hand My haircut came out good the stylist did great on listening to what I wanted. But we were just disappointed overall due to my gfs hair wash appointment
