Very dependable. There can be lines at certain times but that is to be expected. Every time I've sent a package through this post office, mostly international, the clerks have been incredibly helpful in navigating the proper way to send. The few times I've been through, I've noticed that some senders know the clerks by name which means they have developed a rapport with this office giving it a more neighborly association. I can't speak to the other services since I've only sent packages but I can say that the process for me was clear, streamlined and helpful.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Teresa refused to allow me to email my receipt saying that she “already bypassed it” then she forced me away from the counter telling me that we were done. My mail is for a business and In the past I haven’t ever had a problem getting my receipts emailed to me. She’s a problem and needs to be retrained

This post office employs some of the most unprofessional, incompetent, and even sociopathic postal delivery workers that I’ve ever encountered.
They’re irrationally rude when delivering mail and they’re incapable of delivering mail to the correct addresses. I’m constantly losing mail and receiving mail that belongs to other people.
This location doesn’t even deserve the two-star rating that they’re currently averaging. Let’s help get them the one star rating they deserve.

This is the worst post office ever. Even if you make an appointment they will not get to you ever!! They do not care at all!! Do yourself a favor and to galveston county to get your passport. Totally ridiculous

Make sure you call before you go in for a passport, they were out of film when I went and didn't bother to notify anyone with appointments. Also don't bother going to the CVS across the street for a photo ?

Arrived with more than one hour left during the posted hours for passports. Employee said they only do 5 a day and the back during a different day. There was no line today, just didn’t feel like offering the federal services we all pay for.

I gave them my original copy of birth certificate and they lost it til this day Im trying to recover it I don’t recommend if your trying to get personal information done here.

Horrible place to go to - I scheduled to do passport 2 times and they makes you wait over 1 hour for nothing - after all the wait they came out saying they can’t take pictures the FILM on camera is out ( FILM ??!!!) what film ??The camera they using doesn’t include FILMS we are not in 1980 !!They just making excuses !!Not only that - I went inside and there is 2 people working not 1 person ?!!!???

My package was marked as “will re-deliver since business was close.” It’s a residential address. So I’m not sure why they said business was closed. Called but got no help. Today is 8 days later, I checked the tracking again & it was marked “individual picked up at post office.” So I guess someone just took my package then.
