This is the worst post office ever. Even if you make an appointment they will not get to you ever!! They do not care at all!! Do yourself a favor and to galveston county to get your passport. Totally ridiculous

Make sure you call before you go in for a passport, they were out of film when I went and didn't bother to notify anyone with appointments. Also don't bother going to the CVS across the street for a photo ?

Apparently appointments are just suggestions here. This place is terribly ran. But it’s not like anything is going to change.
