It says they are open on Sundays from 12-6pm but we are infront of the store and the store is closed… time check 12:33pm. Wasted time… they should update the hours if it is not correct. Also the telephone number in google is not correct when you dial it, it will ask you about fitness etc…

I would never recommend anyone to shop here due to the awful customer service. Came in with a couple of friends since we were trying to finish our Christmas shopping. The guy at the front rudely told us to not the break anything. What made this worse was that he kept staring us throughout the whole time we were looking at things, making us seem like we’re going to steal something.

Do not buy anything at this store! Their stuff is junk. I paid almost $80 for a remote control truck. Brought it home and it did not work. Tried to get an exchange for one that worked on the same day I bought it. They would not exchange it nor refund my money. Go to a reputable toy store. I will be reporting this to BBB!!

If I could leave less stars, I would. I entered this store with my younger brother, and from the second we entered to the moment we left one of the male employees was within 3 feet of me. If it isn't uncomfortable enough for a 20 year old to be followed around by an older male, he wouldn't stop staring at me like I was a thief. I did not appreciate the service, and rather than buy the firetruck my brother wanted I took him out of the store due to the rudeness of that employee and my extreme discomfort. If this is a company policy, it needs to be changed, and if it is a personal issue this man needs to be fired.

Never coming back to this establishment! Me and my friend came in to look at Sonic merchansise and the worker followed us and made us feel uncomfortable. Couldn’t even shop in peace. Don’t shop here if u don’t want to be discriminated

It's a full service toy and book store with an enormous selection. Much nicer than any big chain; you must visit all the floors. They have a lot of cool stuff, to include the toy versions of the characters from your favorite children's books. All good.

Excellent customer service. Plentiful toy and game selections. Convenient and awesome looking location And excellent prices. I love this place and encourage everyone to shop here for gifts instead of the large retailers. Supporting small businesses is important and they have much better selections here.

I would say this is one of the best toy stores I have ever been to! There are so many different fun but educational toys here with a variety of different age groups as well. I have not come in here without finding something for anyone on my list! Not only is this place the best for the diversity of toys they offer, they have superb customer service as well! Everyone who works here is super helpful and friendly. I also love that no matter what, they ask you if you want your toys gift wrapped. For free! I love this place and so do the kids! Every time we come here, we end up staying for hours because they want to play with everything, which is no problem with the workers there! In fact, they encourage the kids to play! I love it! Definitely coming back!
