If I could give 0 stars I would. I did not appreciate the way this lady handled the situation. She was very rude and basically ran towards us because we looked young, told us we couldnt make a purchase. She asked a guy to walk us out when that was not necessary we could of walked out by ourselves. All I am going to say is Total Wine & More will never see my face again or my friends and I will take my business elsewhere. I will make sure all my family and friends know about this situation.

I had never been to this store before and although it wasn't slammed there were several customers shopping. Its a very nice store, well stocked, lots of visible employees. Unfortunately out of at least 4 employees, no one asked if they could help me find anything. It is a very big store. I had to ask and when I did, they simply pointed in a general direction. One young man seemed very focused on scanning the shelves. I imagine for restocking purposrs, but I did notice he did offer to help another customer when she walked down the same isle but did not offer his help or ask if I needed it. A different employee seemed to be possibly conversing with another customer and when I asked about a particular product, he also just pointed in a general direction.
My cashier David was very pleasant however, and did mention to make sure I visited the store again especially close to the holidays as they have many promotional and seasonal items as well as taste testing which I found very polite and helpful. I did notice that I was overcharged for one small item, but I chalked it up to the banter my cashier and I were having. No harm done. I did call and I will be going back again to retrieve the item I paid for at a later date.
