I have been going to the brick and mortar store for years but with the recent transition to online everything about the customer centric touch has been lost. Don't plan to go by during operational hours, they're not always guaranteed and when you do order online you get the old bait and witch. Maybe I just had a couple of bad experiences but I don't think I'll be going back.
