So this review is on my personal experience at this shop September 4th, 2023. I am going through all my drafts and finally getting around to posting them. Let's start with the service. I wouldn't say he was friendly or rude. He just didn't really acknowledge us for a bit. I also didn't like the fact that he had customers personal devices being worked on out by the front of the shop. If I was having my phone repaired and I saw the shop keeper left my unlocked and unattended device by the front entryway I would be livid. You all know how shops in the mall there is no door it's just an opening into these small shops. So I was already feeling uneasy. My brother in law (who is freshly 14) wanted a custom case so bad. We tried to convince him out of it, but he didn't listen. I ended up offering to get him it and he chose his own image. We waited quite a bit, because the gentleman at the front counter was overextending himself with work. He was charging people, fixing a phone, and custom printing a phone case. Once the case was ready you could just see the disappointment in my BILs eyes. He said thank you and we left. As soon as we exited the shop and were a few stalls away he agreed he should have listened to us. The quality was terribly cheap. The print quality was laughable. The colors were super super washed out that the burnt orange case almost looked beige lol. It was pretty bad. I couldn't even joke with him and say "I told you so". He just looked defeated. I have photos on my phone of the customers phone just left out unattended. As soon as I find them I'll upload it. Give me max 10 minutes. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than buying a premade phone case and even then there is no value in it as you can get the same ones on amazon or wish for a fraction of the cost. You get what you pay for here. The only positive is convenience.

went to buy an ipad case and showed the employee the exact ipad i had and he gave me the wrong case i didn't notice until i got home and had to drive all the way back for the correct case and the case i was given was just an ipad cover basically didn't look like it would hold or protect anything charged me 30 dollars. i was compensated with a free screen protector after going through all that trouble even though he definitely didn't want to give it to me. i won't be coming here anymore.

To Make Along Story Short: Amazing Experience; Ask for George! I have been going to this store for a good 4 years now and have always appreciated their fast and cost effective services. What made me write this review now is my unforgettable experience with one of the repair men in my most recent visit to the shop. I've had my old iPhone 10 for close to 5 years now and it just gave up on me. The screen stopped working but you can still hear the applications in the background, so it was still a serviceable phone. I decided to just eat the cost of a new iPhone 14 Pro Max since that phone had become outdated, but the trick was to transfer the data from that old phone to the new device. I went to BestBuy and several other repair services and they quoted me a full repair just to transfer the data, which was an unreasonable expenditure for me as I don't ever plan on using that phone again. I went to Apple for a consult and they gave me a contact that would extract data from a dead phones, but they quoted me half of the repair cost, which was still an absurd amount of money to spend on this old phone. I was basically out of options, so I decided to come in to The Fix store to see if they can help me out. George one of the repair techs initially quoted me a repair cost that was comparable to the other repair stores offered, but once I told him about my situation and how I didn't plan on even using the phone in the future he agreed to do me a favor. He temporarily repaired the phone so I could transfer all my data over to my new device, and then just removed all the parts he replaced and only charged me for labor, which was only a third of the price he initially quoted for the repair! He did all this afterhours since I walked in 20 minutes before closing. Amazing service and dedication, and this is why I have been their returning customer for close to 4 years now.

Came in to get my screen replaced because of a cracked screen. When I recieved my phone back I did not notice until I did my errands but the new screen they replaced my samsung phone with had scratches already on there. I also asked the lady there if she could install the new screen protector I I bought from a different store and she said it would be no problem. But when I came back they did not install the protector saying it wasn't a glass type. They did not offer to replace it with a different screen but instead offered a screen protecter and a casing. I'm not recommending this place to anyone. Please do not waste your money here because i spent about $400+

I got fixed iphone 8 plus battary. It was fixed in 10 minutes. Affordable and fast service. Nice guys. Thank. I will definitely visit again.

Very good service, very nice people, I was told my phone would take 20 minutes to fix but the service is so good that it was less then 20 minutes, I highly recommend this phone fixing service

Perfect service, very fast and affordable. He had the best price with warranty. He fixed my iPhone in 5 minutes and it works like brand new. I am very happy of the service.

I came here for a camera and screen protector for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Within 30 minutes the screen protector was peeling off. He blamed it on my phone case, saying the case was prying the screen off. They gave me another and I even changed cases to accommodate their lame excuse. Within minutes the case began to show bubbles. I went to charge it later and I guess the warmth from the battery pack began to melt the glue and the screen protector was literally sliding off my phone. Absolutely garbage quality products. A six dollar screen protector from Amazon has been installed for a few days now without issue. The cases they offer for 20 bucks can be bought on Amazon for 3-5. They got two stars though because they DID try to make it right.

I had another mobile repair shop in the same mall replace my screen and they didn't do it right. These guys found all the errors and gave me the BEST customer service I have EVER seen from a mobile repair shop. THis guy really knows his stuff. FORGET everything that has been posted. Right now, you could not be in better hands. I trust my electronics with this place.They are PROFESSIONAL grade and HONEST.
