The delivery service for this store is awful. No communication except to just schedule a date and expect you to be there. Had to call back and reschedule that date and then they didn't show up or return phone calls. Had to call store to reach out to delivery service and then they just rescheduled to another day we couldn't be there without any contact. The obligatory email about how we liked our purchase was a joke. Company didn't bother to respond to our email.

I am SO happy with my Tempur-Pedic purchases and can't say enough great things about the Baybrook location as well as Noah!!! Not only is he extremely knowledged about all of the products (answered all of my questions with ease), he is very nice and professional and goes the extra mile to be sure his customers are happy. I highly recommend the Baybrook Mall Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store and if you stop in, be sure to ask for Noah!!! He'll definitely take care of you :)

Deseree Marrufo was AMAZING! We spent about an hour in half with her actually learning about pros and cons for us personally, and made a lifetime investment. We found that after long research buying straight from a Tempur Pedic store directly is better than buying from a third party company!

We went to the flagship store in the Baybrook mall. We must have spent two hours getting what I feel was an in depth and proper bed fitting. Luna Victoria, our sales rep, was beyond helpful. She wasn’t pushing us towards any specific product or trying to up sell us on anything. As an example I happened to like a mattress that was cooling and ventilated. It’s the best thing I’ve ever laid on. When I said I believe that’s the one I wanted, I had no idea it was the most expensive product Tempur-pedic offered. She simply informed me of the price, gauged my reaction, and simply said they offer similar features in other models. We ended up buying a different mattress. She was very willing to help and knew a lot about her products. My wife and I highly recommend not only tempur-pedic products, we also recommend you speak with Luna when you arrive.

Cloud cooling pillows are a must for anyone with sleep issues. Also, travel pillows are great for legs. The staff at this location is very helpful and friendly!
