I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm with Elsa. We were about 5 minutes early. She was just finishing with a customer and when she finished she called another customer. I mentioned we had a 3:30 appointment and she said it will another 20 minutes at least before she could get to my son. What is the point of scheduling an appointment online just to have them work on another customer at exactly the same time your scheduled. Very very poor customer service and we will never be back!

Such a quick and friendly experience. I have a hard time deciding on what I want but the employee that cut my hair gave me the haircut I NEEDED. Looked great afterwards! Highly recommend this location.

Everyone in this location is friendly. We see Kim 98% of the time and she is amazing! Kim is very sweet and she makes sure to ask every time how you would like your haircut today. This used to be my go to but never again after today,5-14-23.I had an appointment, there were people in the chair almost done when I got there but they(2) ladies decided to go even slower. When mire customers came in behind me,now idk if they had appointment's but I had been there waiting for 15min...well even though its Sunday,im working, that's why I made the appointment...well needless to say, I don't have time to waste waiting for these 2 to decide,so I left.. also I had an appointment for eyebrows too,nit just a cut...so ur loss Supercuts. Oh and $25.00 for a simple haircut,$15.00 for eyebrows ? sad...Won't catch me here anymore.

The facility is very clean and the staff was very nice. So overall the experience was a pleasant one. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because my hair wasn’t cut quite like I wanted. Not bad, but just not how I explained how I wanted. I will be returning because my issue can be resolved very easily

Usually, we have a great experience when we go here to get our hair cuts. There have been times when we have gotten Lee as our stylist, and she doesn't listen to what we want for our haircuts.My hair still looks good, but it is not what I asked for.I asked for half an inch off the top, ended up getting over an inch taken off.
