I went to the Friendswood, Texas. I walked in and the only hairdresser there was on the phone. I stood in front of her for approximately 4-5 minutes—a male customer was in the chair. It seemed like this lady was going to be on the phone for awhile, so I sat down. I did not want to hover while she was on the phone. She hung up the phone about 3-5 minutes after I sat down, she never said a word to me. She hung up the phone and went directly to her customer. She didn’t care about her potential customers at all. That’s the last time I go here.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm with Elsa. We were about 5 minutes early. She was just finishing with a customer and when she finished she called another customer. I mentioned we had a 3:30 appointment and she said it will another 20 minutes at least before she could get to my son. What is the point of scheduling an appointment online just to have them work on another customer at exactly the same time your scheduled. Very very poor customer service and we will never be back!
