This WOULD be a great subway if management didn't continuously leave only 1 employee in the front during lunch rush hours. This has been happening for YEARS, so I avoid this particular Sunway altogether even though this is the Subway closest to me. I decided to pop in today and AGAIN a long line and one poor employee making sandwiches AND checking out. Unfortunately I was not the only one to come and leave because we don't have time to wait 15 minutes in line at Subway. Imagine how much business this place loses out on a regular basis. Go to another subway and they are doing 3 times the business and a very quick line.

My 2 teenage daughters walked over for lunch and when i saw the card charge come through i called them. $42 for 2 sandwiches, drinks and chips??? That's more than a sit down restaurant.Apparently the girls tried to explain what they wanted several times but said there was a severe language barrier and that the employees kept not understanding, eventually charging them for 2 much more expensive subs, 2 deluxe charges on top of that, and a nice $5.29 tip in addition. Somehow the sub was built correctly, but the charges were completely inaccurate and high...The girls have been to restaurants alone before and spent less on a sushi lunch than this disaster. Needless to say, we won't be sending them back to this location.

Buyer beware!!!Staff will sneak themselves a tip to your ticket. Regional Manager whose name is the “contact info” on top of the ticket will not refund you; she will not resolve the situation at all, meanwhile fully aware.Was my first time to a Subway in years, and has been definitively my last. Never again.

I don't understand how we ordered on the app, therefore the order showed exactly what should be on the sandwiches, yet there are so many things missing off of both sandwiches. Including avocado that we were charged for and the sandwich has none. This is not the first subway this has happened at. I didn't realize that making a sandwich with the exact ingredients on a piece of paper in front of your face was that hard. Subway sucks. Their employees can't read. I'm done with subway now. Never will they get my business again.

Picked up a 6 inch wheat double turkey with light lettuce cheese and Honey mustard but got home and come to find out No Honey Mustard! That sandwich was so dry and tasted funny! ????

Alejandra made me the most kick*$$ sandwich I think I've ever gotten from a subway. mind you I stop at subways all over houston, but this sandwich was PERFECT. Footlong steak and cheese double meat, double cheese with EVERYTHING on it. now I have alot of subways just sprinkle a few of each and move on. no she made that thing where it wouldn't close. I pay around 16$ for this sub, so when I do I expect to get my money's worth, and for once I definitely did. thank you alejandra!!

The guy behind the counter was working all by himself. He was handling a line of customers to the door, as well as online orders, HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!! He was patient, respectful, and very kind to an elderly customer who has some special directions for preparing his sandwich. This young man needs to be commended and rewarded. You have a very good employee!

Great service!!!!!!!!!!The food was fresh and good quality as usual from this location. The line was really long because of the lunch rush but the gentleman efficiently and promptly moved the line along and didn't stop for a second. It was good to see.

Too many problems with this location to list - see other 1-star reviews for details, they’re all on point. Go to the location at Dixie Farm and 518 and don’t even consider this one.

It seems there is history at this specific location. I went to this place a couple days ago and the girl who wears glasses with short highlighted hair had the most terrible attitude not only towards customers but to her co-worker. I don't know if she has a disability that makes her behave that way or not but it shouldn't be an excuse. If she has a disability then I believe there should be someone supervising her. I was very patient with her and I had to put up with her attitude throughout the whole process while waiting for my food to be prepared. I don't know if she was having a bad day. Maybe she didn't want to be there. The supervisor had to finish my order because she was not getting my order right. It was a bad bad bad experience.She's old enough to know better. I believe she shouldn't be working there at all. Terrible customer service.I'm not buying food there ever again.
