The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Turn around time to repair your car is ridiculous 12 days for a 10 hour job that is not correct. Not to mention. Leaving a tool on your car to cause damage. That was in November and it still has not heen corrected.

The Collision Center’s customer service was fantastic! The agent was professional and friendly. The communication was excellent; they kept me updated throughout the process. An additional plus was having the Enterprise rental services colocated in the building. Final results were excellent as well; car looked brand new!
