Webster Sam's Club is starting to get stingy on their Berry Sundaes. They're trying to say this is 16oz... look and my hand compared to that cup. That's also a pack of 300 plates, and you can see the sundae is about a 1/3 of the stack. That serving is a joke. The cup FULL is 16oz. The last 2 times I ordered, the serving size gets less and less. Get it together please. Serve what's advertised. Loyal Cafe customer here, but starting to get very frustrated.

Horrible customer service. Tried to cancel my membership after being treated horribly but we were told you can only do it “on the app.” Find out later you can do it right at the customer service desk and they will refund the membership on the spot, they just lied to us and refused to help us.

Not sure why they take orders online and give you a time frame to pick up your items and then they don't have them ready for pick up. You call them and they tell you, you can cancel if you want! Really, like that is going to help. Then the employees tell me to call corporate because they can't keep up with the orders.

You have three employees for the food section and I am waiting for more than 20 mins and still 5 people in front of me. I have to tell one of the lady to get the other young girl to help , and she is like a headless chicken,saw the line and just do other things, careless if customer is waiting, the other one is in the back doing whatever she is doing and don't. Are for the line neither. BAD!

The moron at the gas pumps. Some lady broke down at the pumps. It happens, nobody was upset even though it was packed. The attendant for whatever reason lets her stay at the pump. Ok sure it works for a min but then as it is busy he decides to push it out of the way. Instead of going forward where it's clear, the dumb bastard decides to push backwards towards all the vehicles. Comes within about two inches of hitting the passenger side of my car where my 11 yr old is sitting. I hop out and tell him go the other damn way, he says NO! I tell him he hits my car we're gonna have some problems and I'm told there's no need for threats. Never once did I mention violence I simply stated we would have problems, specifically legal and this BITCH gonna try and shut me down and get pissy with me when he almost hit MY VEHICLE with MY SON in it?F--k you!

My glasses broke in an accident and we just went to the optical department trying to get my glasses fixed luckily they are under warranty however due to the optical prescription being expired and with Covid-19 still very active we are very reluctant to go get this done. This is ridiculous to request this. And the Manager is aware of this along with David being sooo insensitive and not understanding my wanting to be placed in the face of a optical person, I will make sure everyone knows how insensitive Sams Club is.

As a long-time member of Sam's Club, I was deeply shocked and disturbed by the utter disrespect and unprofessionalism I received over this past weekend.I have a family of 5 and have always had two dollies worth of groceries.As I went into the checkout lane, I was treated with the utmost disrespect and unprofessional by the two checkout ladies.I was literally told that it was my job to unload the dollies, scan the items, and put the items back on the dollies.I responded that I pay for a membership, and with that membership, I should receive some customer service and customer satisfaction.Boy, oh boy, these two ladies got extremely rude and sarcastic. As a matter of fact, they were literally slamming my groceries onto the checkout lane and just piling them up. They acted as though I was bothering them to do their jobs.As I was finally being checked out, I caught them charging me several times for multiple items that I did not have, and had to bring it to their attention. They were extremely disgusted that I caught them cheating and overcharging the customer.That is beyond disgraceful.Bottomline, if I have to check myself out with $1,800 worth of groceries, then why am I paying for a membership?I most certainly spoke to the manager regarding this issue, but Sam's Club should take a good look at their policies and whom they are hiring.Members are what keeps Sam's Club in business.Members are what give employees their jobs.All Members of Sam's Club should be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

This gas station is so disorganized! No one can put gas without fighting for a pump... if your gas tank is on the opposite side you're pretty much screwed because vehicles are all over the place. There's no attendant or anyone supervising... It's so annoying...

I don't know why, but the thought of warehouse shopping makes me giddy lol.I came here with my mom and sister in preparation for Thanksgiving, and when it comes preparing for a big dinner or an event, they've got you covered. I absolutely did not feel like we spent over an hour here... but we did.There are free samples (of course) which just makes you want to buy things you didn't even plan on getting, and can I just tell you, I recommend their pies. If you need a pie for the holidays, and you don't want to make it yourself, the pies we got were pretty tasty, and not overly expensive. I particularly liked the pecan pie. I was excited about trying the pumpkin, but it was gone before I got the chance... so it was probably good.I did take off a star because they didn't have much as far as Christmas decorations go. They had a couple aisles of gift ideas, but I wanted decor. Anywho, I'm looking forward to my next trip. Yes, seriously!
