I am a VIP member with Primp and Blow at Baybrook. I love Hailey the store manager and her solid team. After 3 years, it's so nice to have a go to place for my hair needs. They are so accommodating and always try to get me in! Thank you for all that you guys do.

9/18/24 went in for a wash and blowout as a walk in for my next hairstyle . My Stylist was very attentive,polite and gentle . When I came in my hair was honestly a tad bit tangled and recovering from a protective style . During the appointment my stylist kept the conversation going while still working at a decent pace allowing herself to not get distracted which I believe is a good thing. She informed me of each product she was placing in my hair and informed me of other services like the diffuser blow out . Thank you for the great service I believe her name was Cassie or Cassandra (don’t remember but very friendly) .

The process took much longer than expected and as soon as we walked outside the hair poofed up immediately. I will say I have very thick curly hair but didn’t really meet the expectations. Plus heat protectant was not applied at the beginning

I took my 4 year old daughter to get pampered and Harliegh was so amazing. She was super sweet and answered all my daughter’s questions. She also did an amazing job.
