WORST experience ever. Dropped my cat off at 10 am expecting her to be done fairly quickly considering shes a small animal. Four hours go by and she has yet to be even acknowledged by any groomer. Called at around 12 or 1 and was told that she was supposedly getting “shaved” as we speak come to find out when I go to check on her at 2pm and she hasn’t been groomed AT ALL and has most probably been sitting in her carrier for the ENTIRE TIME. I’m disappointed because I’d always use their mobile grooming service, but they stopped offering it for cats.

If you care about your pet, do not take it to this groomer, I had more questions about what they actually did and what was the origin of that horrible smell.

Today was my first time to use the mobile service for a nail trim on my dog. The groomer was very nice, professional, and did a great job! My puppy dog did great too! (She normally freaks out at the vet when they trim her nails.) I will definitely be using them moving forward. Such a great service!

Ruth from Preppy Pets Mobile came to our house right on time and my old poodle who has had anxiety forever for groomers and vets. She loved Ruth and Ruth did a great job and I could tell Sugey liked her a lot. We will be back.

They are prompt, take real good care of my girls, and my girls always look and feel great afterwards! Sometimes a little hard to get a hold of, but I've learned if you call first thing in the morning you have a great chance of getting through to someone. They are just that busy! Love them!

This has been a game changer for my dog as she suffers from anxiety. I have been so pleased with the mobile service. Ruth is so kind and sweet to my Bailey and Bailey loves her. I am so thankful to have found this place and will continue using them!

I tried this place on a whim. I have two golden doodles and christina did a great job at grooming my dogs. I liked how she called me about one of the dogs saying she would need a shorter cut due to matting vs her doing it without telling me. Great pricing as well

Ruth is such a wonderful person and she did a wonderful job taking care of my 15 year old special girl. I recommend the mobile service tremendously!

The reason I gave 3 Stars is bc the time my dogs were dropped off to them being picked up was approximately 6 HOURS!!! Also the quote I received over the phone didn’t jive with the total when we picked up the kiddos. Don’t get me wrong, the dogs look great and are not worse for the weary but the 2 above issues are enough for me to look elsewhere.My 2 cents.

Preppy Pets Mobile, Hailey, did an amazing job with our fur babies, Harley and Cupcake. They worked with our schedule after having to reschedule due to an unexpected visit to the vet. Harley can be a little temperamental but was overall very comfortable with Hailey. Our fur babies are looking forward to future visits.

Preppy Pets has been providing excellent grooming for our dogs over the last two years. They care deeply for our dogs and the staff is very professional and friendly. Great price for the services they provide to our dogs.
