Valerie was very knowledgeable in her field, patient, kind, sweet, and overall a very big help. I recommend this place for not only ear piercings or the jewelry that they have, but their customer service was amazing.

My younger sister and I came here to get piercings. She came for her first piercing and I got a rook piercing. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable! I appreciated the time they took to make sure my sister was comfortable and had a great experience for her first piercing.Thanks to Mouse, I now have the rook piercings I have wanted for years! I am so grateful she took the time to make sure the placement was exactly what I wanted and that I was able to manage my pain throughout the entire process. I appreciated her attention to detail, her professionalism, and her kindness. I highly recommend Banter at Baybrook Mall to anyone looking to get pierced!

I was looking for an 18g flat back nose stud when I finally found one at Banter Pagoda inside Baybrook Mall. The selection of jewelry was plentiful and customer service was outstanding!!! Mouse was super helpful, even switched out my old nose ring with the new one while explaining exactly what she was doing. She is a very knowledgeable body piercer and she will definitely see us again!!! Thank you Mouse!!!
