Dropped off a wedding dress for spot cleaning at Phoenix Cleaners a few days ago. It had several stains (spray tan residue mostly) and they made it look perfect again! So grateful they took the time to do this right - I know it took a lot of work!

I called to check the status of my stuff when I dropped it off they said it should be ready on Thursday I wasn’t rude or gripping I was just checking the status the lady helping me was super sweet but she got the manager to see what was going on and the manager was so rude and had an attitude he said when you dropped it off I’m sure the lady told u it would take a week or so it’s not ready it has to dry so i told him what I was told and I was just calling to check I said I wasn’t bitching and he said have a good day and hung up

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS! I would give a 0 if I could. I had a horrible experience. I dropped off an expensive t shirt to dry clean a small lipstick stain. He charged me double for it bc it is a designer piece which I was ok with but when I went to go pick it up the next day they couldn’t track it and made up a story that they had to go through the stain twice and that is why it got delayed by a day. Today when I picked up the shirt I noticed they took off the gold from one of the letter on my t shirt. When I showed my disappointment one of his rude employee Ruby started accusing me by saying oh is that the first thing you noticed, May be the stain was already there. I only wore that shirt once and it was in perfect condition except the small lipstick stain on the bottom of the shirt. why would I not be disappointed? I paid $$$ for it. I didn’t ask him to pay for ruining my shirt nor did I ask him to refund for the dry cleaning. When a business can’t acknowledge their mistake and apologize it shows they have no integrity & no sincerity. That arrogant employee told the owner don’t apologize we have been here for years, her review can’t harm us. This kind of high & mighty behavior is not good for any small business. People should choose who they give business to. The owner is a nice guy but that employee Ruby needs to go! Never going back.

I was charged 3 times the amount I was told it would cost ($129 more) also had my wedding dress cleaned and beads that were once clear are now yellow/orange the the owner would not give me my stuff unless I paid despite the fact that ruined my wedding dress and was triple charging me on my other item I will never go back

I dropped off my suit to get dry-cleaned. Upon returning to pick it up it simply… didn’t exist. No record of it whatsoever. No recourse. Goodbye $400 suit.

My rating is based on price and information. I am used to a "pay up front" dry cleaners. My first (and last time) at this facility, I was provided ample information on pickup times, drive-thru and what they perform in house versus not. When I asked if I needed a printed ticket to pick-up, I was told I did not need it, but they could give me one if I wanted to wait. My gut told me at that time it was going to be on the higher price side. Sure enough, when I picked up 21 items later, a mix of regular shirts, a few polos, one sweater, nothing fancy, I paid $135. I tried this location because we moved closer. But I will be returning to my previous dry cleaners where the same items cost less than $75. Who I assume is the owner was pleasant enough, however I cannot help but speculate the fact that the price was withheld intentionally. He offered up so much information about all other services, but not the price. I should have asked as well. When I picked up, he said that they had been in business 25 years, which I don't doubt. I just feel like they have become comfortable charging "convenience" prices versus genuinely offering the best deal to their customers. Perhaps they are not forced into a position to have to be competitive because of the location. This may be the place to go for some, but not me.

Just found this place for first time. Friendly and professional staff. When I told them it was my first time, they did a quick overview of services, hours, special time requests, and drive through. They do all their services (except alterations) in-house. Prices were fair and turnaround time was satisfactory. Had several nice shirts and a special little fur hat. FYI - just got the shirts back and they look great. Thanks for friendly service - I appreciate that!

Walked in to check prices and the owner very rude said no we charge a lot for our services because we been around for years. I understand your work is good but to charged twice as much of other is crazy and to be so rude about it

They are great and you will never have problems with them. They once ripped a button off a shirt and they told me about it and replaced it. They didn't have to tell me about it but they did.
