Very small retail space. It was not too busy and felt like I couldn’t easily walk around. It also took a bit until we were helped out. There were about few associates helping what seemed to be the same costumer.

If I could rate this 0 I totally will. This is my second time attempting to get some help from this location. First time I came in I was helped by store manager older lady in 40s-50s I went in for my daughter's bracelet to get cleaned and inspected as I felt as the heart shaped bracket wasn't closing right. She proceeded with the cleaning and did mention that my daughter had to be careful because it was loose note I had mentioned if she could inspect it as i believe there is warranty. Her response was "she needs to be careful with it and not be rough with it" I didn't think much of it. Today 1/21 I went again to this same location with my receipt of purchase and I was helped by a young lady whom I explained that my charm had fell out. I had the charm with me she verified my receipt purchase from 12/17/23 note it hasn't been a month yet. She spoke to the Manager the same lady I had an encounter with and she told her she couldn't do anything about it. That it was due to "wear and tear" really? In less than a month? The young lady apologized but stated her manager said "there was nothing to do as it was due to wear and tear" I am very dissapointed with this location and Pandora in general. James Avery seems to give much better service than this. I don't recommend this location and avoid the manager she is not helpful at all.

So unhelpful and unprofessional. Went to exchange a ring with my friend that she had gotten as a gift while in line outside the store to get in and people skipped in front then when we finally went in we tried to exchange the ring. We had the receipt that said we had till January 28th, 2024 to make any returns or exchanges but the 2 salespeople that said they were the managers said Pandora had changed their policy and we couldn’t return it or exchange it since it was purchased in November. We tried talking to them what can we do since the receipt said we had until January 28th but they said they couldn’t do anything. We called another pandora and told them if we could exchange it and they told us it was no problem and we were able to do it, so I don’t understand what the managers at this location we’re going on about.

The product may be too notch, but this store might not be well managed. I came by today and saw 1 very long line. I thought I would make my purchase online and go shopping elsewhere while the order was fulfilled. About 1 hour later the order was fulfilled and when I showed up at the store again, there was 2 lines ...1 for customers shopping and another line for pickup orders. I thought pickup would be slightly quicker. I've been standing for 30 min. and regular customers from the other line have come and gone, but I'm still waiting for my order that has already been purchased and just needs to be handed to me. I should have gone to Macy's and bought Pandora there. ?????? It's the holidays. Respectfully, please hire more staff.

I just want to say I had a wonderful experience today, and it's all because of Itza. She did an amazing job of making sure all my needs were taken care of. I had an online order, but it didn't go as planned, but she rectified the situation, stayed cool and calm, and made sure I was good. It was seamless and effortless. I wish all my experiences with customer service was as good as this. If I had ten stars, she definitely deserves it.Thanks Pandora, for choosing someone who takes cares of the customer so well ??!!

Horrible experience, my handicap mother was discriminated against by the manager itza , who was extremely rude and unapologetic towards the situation, gave me a blank paper when I asked for corporates number. Horrible was not greeted by anyone . We waited for about 15 minutes before I asked how their system worked since no one even spoke to us she said it was first come first served . About 5 minutes after a young lady walks in and is attended right away . I asked why she was attended before use , itza the manager replied with “just “ . Don’t spend ur money here

I went on my birthday 10/22/23 for a special treat my partner wanted to gift me. We waited about 25-30 minutes to have someone help us out after I greeted a team member and they acknowledged me, then they proceeded to completely ignore us and helped several other people that walked in after us. After I confronted a team member and asked how it worked because we had been waiting there for a long time, she stated “oh it’s whoever we see first” and gave me attitude. I will not be coming back to this location, horrible horrible customer service. They ruined my experience to say the least. To add to all of this, they don’t know their policies and what Pandora truly offers, better to shop online or simply go to a location that truly knows their products and would be happy to help you.

I went today 10/31/23 to exchange a ring my husband bought me that was too small. 1st I would like to say that I had gone to that store before and I had an excellent experience, she was a Latina young lady, kinda short super sweet and helpful, I set aside two rings with her and some charms. My husband ended up surprising me with the rings but not the ones I set a side, the rings are the same just the one I put on hold actually fit me. Well I got the rings Sunday from my husband, the lady that helped me today was an older Latina lady maybe in her late 40s early 50s, she was very very rude. I walked in holding the bag, she got the ring out got her magnifying glass out and proceeded to say “ oh you wore it!” I told her no I just tried it on and it didn’t fit. She then took it to I’m guessing the manager and I guess she said it was ok. She then said “ do you have the receipt” I told her my husband told me I just needed to give you his phone # she then said ok and told me to put it on the tablet. She made a comment about this been the last time I can exchange the ring as if I had exchanged it more then once ?. Just the attitude she gave me was such a bad one she made me feel like I wasn’t valuable to her as a costumer and I was wasting her time. I was going to get the charms and bracelet I had set a side for my daughter but I didn’t get them after dealing with her.

I left my bracelets for cleaning today August 19 around 7:20pm. The young lady said it was going to be an hour wait. After 60+ minutes I decided to walk back to the store and ask if my bracelets were ready. Another employee said she can get it done in 5min. I was confused since i waited more than an hour already. She came out with my bracelets and said they didn’t have time to clean them to come back during the week. There were no more than 3 costumers and no one on the list to get their bracelet cleaned. I don’t understand why they didn’t have time to clean my bracelets I saw 5-6 employees. They didn’t bother to call me to say they were too “busy”Seems like they were too busy talking to each other that they forgot.Not going back to this location!

Awesome experience, the salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable, the designs are nice and unique, and the materials seem good quality, my reason for four stars is because of the diamonds are too pricey for the carats they are, other than that, will definitely come back

Was my first time buying anything at Pandora my experience was great thanks to Lyndsey I loved the variety of jewelry really nice ?? ?
