“I went to a dealership to get my backlift door fixed. Big mistake!! They quoted me $996 to replace the motor lift. I went to Marciano's body shop and Ruben took very good care of me. He said he only had to make a couple of adjustments and had my door lift working again same day and hardly paid anything. This is the most honest person I could've met. I'm so glad I took my truck to him and will continue to take my business to him. Thank you so much Ruben!”
“I have to admit I was one of those customers that walked in the door 2 minutes before closing. Instead of asking me to leave Michael Zaleski asked if there was something he could help me with. He took his time explaining to me the options of exterior paint I could get and a good primer. He then took some extra time looking to see which option would get me the best deal. I paid for my paint and told him I will pick it up tomorrow but he offered to go in the back and get it for me then so I could save a trip. When he came out of the back he carried the paint out to my truck and loaded it in the back. (Thank goodness because I am in desperate need of some gym sessions). I was in and out in 10min. Thank you so much for you amazing customer service Michael Zaleski. When you boss reads this I hope they give you a big raise!!!!!! .”

“I mean if you want to paint anything this is the store to do it. Before I started using Benjamin Moore paint I was using bhers. Absolutely terrible paint compared to Benjamin Moores Product. Aside from an improved product at a much higher quality the customer service is next level. The owner/manager is always available to help me and instruct me. I’ve been doing art for 8 years and recently started doing murals. This guy has made me a better painter in general with all the knowledge he has. One thing you can find at this store you can’t at sherwin Williams is the ability to match colors off of RGB codes and hexadecimal codes. I searched every where for a paint store that could do this and this store was the only one. I came in and needed a Tiffany’s blue green and I had a code for it he did one better he had an actual Tiffany’s box in store from a previous client he used to match the color. I included a photo below. Some other photos are projects I’ve done that I picked up from this store. I highly recommend anyone who is trying to do any level of project go to this store and this store only.”

“Cleanest and probably largest ? (Might have been the high ceilings ) harbor freight is a magical place where you can find welding, mechanic tools, woodworking tools like even a Japanese backsaw ? Yep. Also all the tools you need to be a watch maker or repair, airbrush machines, magnet fishing & metal detectors , safes, security surveillance systems and solar panels. Towing equipment. Absolutely anything you need for pneumatic everything ? They have the works for compressor work. And so much more. Then you leave just in awe of the way less amount of money you spent compared to anywhere else. Perfection. Dreams are made here.”

“Just want to say thank you for the wonderful customer service. I forgot what that was like but it was a great reminder of how it feels to be treated like you matter. Bravo, team! Thanks, Omar, for your help and kindness. Omar told me about the sale coming up, checked out the paint I had purchased a year ago and offered to carry the paint cans to my car. I said, no, I'm good and he said please let me carry them out. I almost fell over. I had forgotten what customer service was like. Everything is so self-service now but it really makes a difference to be like this store. Keep up the great work - it really does make a difference.”

Without her I would have been lost and frustrated with my purchase from a big box store.Don’t let the outside or neighborhood deter you. It was well worth my time and effort to get there and I was not disappointed.”
“Rep was extremely rude to my wife today. 11/14/2023. never had this experience before, not sure if he was having a bad day but, no excuse for the unprofessional comment I overheard while she was speaking with him in the store.- Update: This issue was resolved almost immediately. Both the store manager and the regional director got involved, apologized for the experience and went way beyond what was necessary to repair the situation.”
