Horrible and rude. Showed up at 6pm and just asked for an outside only full service, meaning just dry it down and wipe the wheels. Nothing extensive. Would’ve taken them 10 mins. There was no one even there! The bald guy rudely said, sorry we stop full service at 6. It was right at 6 on the dot. Nicely asked if he would take 1 more since it was a quick job, he said nope we close at 7. You should change yours hours to 6 if you’re going to stop taking people. So rude… won’t be back. Went down the street to JJ’s and got much better excellent service.

I went there today (came into town from the Galleria area) and they told me it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. I waited an hour and then came back only for them to tell me that it would be another hour. I, then asked if they knew of any other car wash place that was interior and exterior and they said no, which I highly doubt. I will never be returning to this car wash place again, and will take my business elsewhere. I refuse to wait two hours for them to possibly tell me it’ll be another hour wait. Ridiculous.

They never have enough staff. They are always turning down what type of service I want. Only offering a basic car wash. The manager seemed to be bothered that I complained about not being able to get a full service wash. For the self service, the air guns have not been working for months.

Another disappointing visit to this place today again. wanted to give the another chance to the location on FM 528 and it wasn’t a good idea. It used to be really good but they have new people every time I go there so maybe that has something to do with the bad service. Aldi is right next to them and I went to get lettuce and wasn’t even gone 10 mins and when I came back the car was done. I told the young man that the last time I was there they had left the car dirty and not well cleaned from the outside either. Got home and checked the car and the back hadn’t even been opened so of course it wasn’t vacuumed. I took it back and the no apology or anything. I want to support the neighborhood businesses but I think is time to go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Average service. I used 3 packages, carpet cleaning, seat cleaning and interior cleaning, but after cleaning, I don’t think I got perfect cleaning.
Do I visit again? May be I will pause, think and then decide.

I had my car washed today and the dryer blew the wind guard off the top of my vehicle.
The impact shattered the guard into several pieces. I asked to speak with the manger and he blamed my "old vehicle" for the damage. He made no apologies and did not give a refund when asked. This is the worst customer service I've seen. If you value you car, find a different car wash.

I was halfway vacuuming my car when the guy without notice turned the vacuums off, and said "they're on a timer" where after he went to the machines they turned off.
So I'm left with a half vacuumed car.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! 2 times they have screwed me. If there was a zero star review that is what I would have chosen. I had been here once before and they did not do a great job. I decided to give them another chance because I was on a time crunch and it's in a convenient location from my job. I told the attendant that I had a bad experience before and was giving them a second chance. He thanked me. I paid for the $30 wash and clean inside and did not get what I paid for. My dash still had sticky stuff all over it, mats still dirty. They just armor all right over the dirty mats. Still have visible dirt on the inside of the doors, cupholders, windows. Still have bugs on the bumper, hood, and windows. I tried to ask for my money back and the "manager" (bald round guy). Told me that he reviewed the video and said they cleaned everything. I pulled out the dash insert and there was still a bottle cap in it with sticky stuff. I asked him if that was clean and he wouldn't say anything. I showed him the dirt on the inside of the doors and cup holders and the mat. He said that they only blow the inside with air (which is not what I was told). I asked for my money back again and he said he would not give me my money back.

Ocean Express has Always provided great service, however today I paid for a wax service to wax my trucks paint, but they also buffed my headlights, I did not request that. I noticed the damage on headlights and brought it up to the managers attention. He claimed they were already in that condition then promptly asked for me to remove my vehicle to make room for other customers.
