I probably visit this store a few times a year and the employees are always helpful. Checking out is quick and easy. My kids enjoy the events and camps they put on. I'm sure I'll be back again.

I find that people (as in people who are into dudes) prefer Majorhard to Microsoft, but if Microsoft is your thing (and it's better than Pear or whatever that other company is called), then this store might help you meet your needs. I'm not a fan of any Microsoft Store, or any Apple Store for that matter. Nice concept, doesn't work with the volume they deal with and considering how stingy and penny pinching they are. Wait times are long and I just get a headache being in here. Everything is hyper-expensive if it's not already covered, and they seem to do whatever they can to make sure my stuff isn't covered when it clearly should be. Means you have to lie about things just to get it covered, and now so many people lie about what happened to x or y that they have started acting suspicious towards everyone, even though some of us (raises hand) are being totally honest. Some of the people working here are really friendly, which is why I don't give it the lowest rating, but some of them not so much.

Had an amazing experience holiday shopping with my niece and our associate Brooke was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly.

I had to take in my computer for repairs. They solved my problem quickly, effectively and with NO charge. The only thing that could improve is the store location. They are in the center of the mall. This is a trek when carrying a large and heavy PC tower.

We signed up for a kids coding event and it was rescheduled and we weren’t notified. We spoke to the Community Development Specialist who plans all of the Microsoft Baybrook location’s events calendar and she helped me sign up for a future event. Consequently, we signed up for the very next event schedule the next day which was supposed to be themed Stranger Things and the planned outcome was to encourage students to use Mixed Reality to insert themselves into the world of Stranger Things. My child was so excited that she made a t-shirt just for the coding activity, but unfortunately only to return the next day and it not be the case. We were disappointed that the instructors/attendees didn't do any of this follow through on original plans and no one working there knew what was planned which was for students to build their own Stranger Things-themed mini movie to show their family and friends. Also, the class was scheduled from 12-2 and then upon arriving on day two of trying to do another event we learned that the event was going to end at 1:00 instead!!! Seriously? We drove two days in a row for a Microsoft event that was not delivered as planned. Unfortunately two days in a row of no communication about planned or unplanned event changes, adaptions and it appears that events are not well organized. Please do not plan something you can’t deliver and or communicate changes. I’ve called and texted the organizer directly and haven’t heard back anything. The people there are very friendly and resourceful. Willing to answer questions and help.

Great store! Nice selection of products. The customer service is fantastic! I'm actually tempted to go with a Surface Studio next time I upgrade desktop.

I would give it zero stars if I could. First, I tried to call to get a couple questions answered and wasted over an hour. I got a person after navigating through a series of menus and the person said they didn’t know and hung up on me. Secondly, I have gone to the store on several occasions to get help with Microsoft related issues on the laptop I bought there and spent my entire appointment time and more with someone who couldn’t even get me logged into my account. Microsoft has s definitely did in these stores and as a company as a whole.

Came in later in the afternoon with an issue and Garnet along with Erick helped us out. They worked on something out of the ordinary for them but we got the issues fixed. Great customer service, great patience, and they did a great job breaking down what was going on in an understandable level for us.

I've been looking into getting a Surface Pro for about a month and I finally decided to go to the store and buy one. Prior to coming in, I knew how much was going to drop buy looking around on Microsoft's website and it came out to be $1500. That is until Brooke had explain to me that Microsoft will price much almost anyone including Amazon. She even helped looked around on Amazon getting the best deal. I ended up saving about $500. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable. All the questions I asked, she had an answer for. Probably one of my best experiences I've had being a customer. If I ever need anything else, I will most likely return to this store.

Usually I do not have bad experiences at this store, but today and a previous Friday I have had issues with "Fortnite Friday" a tournament that goes on at this Microsoft store. Today I went to sign up for "Fortnite Friday" at 5:22pm and I was denied. When I asked why I was denied the employee in charge of "Fortnite Friday" told me I couldn't sign up because the event started at 5pm sharp. I have trouble understanding this reason as to why I couldn't sign up because I have participated in many "Fortnite Fridays" and have NEVER shown up at 5pm. I usually show up between 5-5:30pm and I have always been told from other staff members that sign ups for this event are closed at 5:30pm. When I asked the staff member if I could still sign up today at 5:22pm he informed me that he "could not put me in the system", this did not make sense to me as I have seen the same employee and other employees enroll players into the tournament past 5pm and even 5:30pm. I have played in this tournament many times and do not understand why it was an issue to sign up "late" today. This Microsoft has horrible customer service and has no loyalty to returning guests who support this store. I am very disappointed as I came from far away to participate in this tournament and would have loved to add more players into this tournament. There is no consistency at this store and I believe that it is only right to allow me to play if you are going to allow hundreds of other participants to sign up for the tournament "late" during multiple different fridays.

My fiancé and I already own a Surface Pro and we were thinking of purchasing the new Surface Book 2. We were approached by a short young lady with blonde short hair who was very demeaning. We would not have wanted to continue to work with her, so we decided we'll just buy the laptop online.

A rep tried to give me a refurbished controller to replace a defective one That I got with a New Xbox One X console I purchased a few days prior. Upon asking if it was refurbished He BOLD FACED LIED to me and said it was new. I brought it back because that one was defective also when another rep helped me thats when the lie was revealed. Ill NEVER shop at a Microsoft store again.
