Tina at Lancôme counter is awesome! I had an online order I needed to exchange products and get color matched. She took her time helping me find everything and making sure I liked the colors she chose. would definitely come back and shop again because of her.

This Macys by far was the most rundown one I've been to in recent years. I was really hopeful it wouldn't be lacking in variety but yikesssssss. Terribly dire selection and very disorganized. Not only that, almost no one was around to help or assist. The women's dress selection was very limited, offering nothing modest which was a shame. The prices were also incredibly high for how bleak and bland the dresses were. My wife was just as surprised as I was at the expensive limited offerings to be had here.

Products have always been amazing. Employees could be better. Came in to pick up an order and waited at the register for about 10 minutes until the employee finally acknowledged me. Not sure even if she noticed I was there for that long bc even though she finally came to the register she dismissed me to help out someone else. Which I get, make your commission lol. However, when that customer was done choosing their items, the employee asked me to step back so she could check out the lady she was helping. Even though I had been standing there for about 15 minutes by then. I ordered my items online in order to make the process quicker when I get to the store. Will not be returning, there needs to be some protocol for these employees to help their customers! The Mac department at Dillard’s is your best option at this mall. Staff is very attentive and can at least acknowledge their customers if they’re busy with someone!

I was at shoes department yesterday around 7:15pm, and there were two males employees that didn't want to help me. I had to go after them and asked for help!!! Horrible customer service!!!

What has happened to Macy's? Remember how fun it used to be to shop at Macy's? This department store has turned into a dump. I keep thinking this is temporary but every time I go there it is worse then the time before. It is dark, dirty, cluttered, trashy, un-organized, has rude sales associates, and has dirty & disgusting dressing rooms. You have to walk all over the store just to find an open dressing/changing room. Then when you do, it is dirty with streaked walls, torn carpet, clothing everywhere, and gives you the creeps just to be there. Bringing the clothing into the dressing room completely ruins how you feel about the clothing. I can't bring myself to buy nice clothes after stepping into a dirty dressing room. Why is the carpet still torn up? They have had years to make repairs. Why are all the dressing rooms except one closed? Why is everything so messy all the time? Forget about trying to find underwear or socks for your husband. This department is so cluttered and messed-up you won't be able to find anything. I just don't understand it. Has Macy's stopped caring? What an epic failure in leadership for this once-popular department store.

I recommend finding Farheen in the I-N-C in Baybrook Mall. She is thoughtful and over and above helpful. This was my first time back in Macy's since Covid, and her efforts made it more than worth the visit. Thanks again!

I dont appreciate my son being scolded by a cashier clerk for EXCHANGING his jeans... same exact jeans for a better fit. accusing him of wearing them the night before and returning them. he didnt ask for his money back. he had the exact same jeans, one size bigger, on the same counter.

I bought a $75 gift card from a lady named Sandy in the perfume department and she didn't even put the card in my bag. I returned an hour later and they said it was already used and that it wasn't their responsibility. Like seriously?? I gave them my name and number and they haven't called me. They did not even give me a refund or anything. Terrible service
