I went into the store to look for a gift for my wife’s birthday and the manager
Diamond showed me a lot of options. The whole team was great, and Diamond went out her way to help me find the perfect gift. I was very indecisive at first, but she was patient with me and helped me make the day a little more special for my wife.
Even brought my daughter a few days later to get her ears pierced.

I purchased a necklace that was almost $30 for it to break not even a week later. The jewelry is cheap and needs to be priced as such.

Bruh I don't even wanna get rude or nothing for real? But I spent 20 dollars on two bracelets
? them mfs lasted 3 HOURS BEFORE THEY BROKE. Bruh I was so upset the bracelet I bought had been broken in the package and I didn't notice because there was tape on it my other bracelet literally broke when I took it off gently ? its not even the workers the quality just don't last don't waste ur money

I never received any email with my receipt, I returned to the store a couple of times and waited several minutes to pay for the products. I don't recommend this place

Just came and got my daughter’s ears pierced for “free” and when I asked for a receipt they said it would be emailed. I paid for the earrings but I was wondering why it was so expensive. I finally received the email and noticed that I was changed for spray that I did not ask for. I called back and the rude girl was telling me the spray was free but I’m CLEARLY looking at the receipt! I won’t ever step foot in this store EVER! I don’t mind paying for what I want but NOBODY will charge me more that they should. This is not over

False advertising ! Not everything on that wall was on sale! They rude too. I ask to explain that i found them there and she rudely said they regular price and shouted to customers too and not even checked to make sure whether they were on sale. Not only that they got many jewelry there in that wall that has no red sticker as she claimed only red sticker are on sale. So why have products in the sale section when they are not on sale. Move them on regular side or have a advertisement that mentions “only red stickers”. This happens a little too often where items are all over the place misleading. Then she added if I dont add my email i wont get a receipt, i didnt felt comfortable leaving it after a bad experience. So i left with no receipt.

This store is small but quite stocked with earrings, chains and rings. Although they are fantasy, they are durable, this appreciation is my wife's, since I always accompany him when he buys something.

Prices on the jewelry were not the same as on the receipt. They also do not print your receipt so you don’t notice until it’s emailed to you and you’re long gone.

Not the best experience the associate was not even paying attention she was trying to multi task and check me out while talking to two other customers. Shopping is supposed to feel peaceful not hectic.

If I could I would give zero stars. First time going in there and spending about 45 minutes looking for a necklace, earrings, and a few ring sets I decided I was done. Some of the items I picked were In sections marked as 2for 10 and 3 for 15 but when the employee rung them up they were full price. I told the girl how they were under the sale section and she said no they are not. I offered to show her where and she said no they are full price. I told her she should honor it since they are clearly in the sale section, she proceeded to say she couldn't. She blamed it on the customers and how they move things around which I were to understand if it was one but not a full row of the same thing. They didn't offer any solution just full price take it or leave it. People working there need some customer service etiquette and learn how to stock thier store correctly with items in the correct price sections. Will never ever go back!!

I was in the place for more than half an hour and I never received a greeting or anyone willing to help me, there was only one more client and two people to attend but one of them was alone on the phone I would have liked that at least he took bother to ask if he could help me with something, I wanted a suggestion, I had to do it alone.
