Worst place to go !
I went to hair cut today .They weren’t that busy at that time .She started to cut my hairs and suddenly people started to come .She just started cutting my hair,and they talked in their language ,IDK what but ,then she started to pushing me ,you done ?,look good? ,my hair was just stared and it was messed .Then she stop cutting my hair and went to take next costumer ?
???
What was that …?
They have poor costumer service and hospitality.
Not recommended

I am from Lufkin,Tx and came to Lily’s as a walk-in. My husband and I are cruising tomorrow and hadn’t had time to get pedicures earlier in the week. Not only did we get great pedis - I also got a fantastic haircut! We will be back!

For men’s cuts it’s the place to go. You can’t get no cut no where else for 11.00 dollars now in days .save you some money and come down here or go pay 40.00 elsewhere .lol.

This salon deserves not even 1 star. I took my little guy to get a haircut and my daughter was with me, so she asked for a quick trim. She has long, curly hair. Lily took her back to wash her hair, brought her to the chair and proceeded to brush her hair out. She was literally ripping her hair out with the brush and her head was snapping back.She began lecturing her that she needs to wash her hair and brush it with other customers in the salon. My daughter’s hygiene habits are just fine.It’s clear Lily doesn’t know what to do with curly hair. I asked her as she was brushing if she knew how to handle curly hair and she said she did. She continued to lecture my daughter about washing and brushing her hair and then began cutting clumps of hair out to instead of brushing her hair out. She didn’t even try to use a tabling spray or leave in conditioner.I stopped her after she cut 3 long pieces off her hair and we walked out. I have never been so angry in my life.To top it off, she she said she could only accept cash. She should have let the customers know before the services began.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

The women that work here are terrific. I've been getting haircuts here for years. Always get professional service and the price is very reasonable. I am surprised they don't charge more.
