I used to love this gym and now it feels like walking into a brothel. Is there no dress code for women in this gym? This really makes this gym seem very trashy!

The cycling instructor Jose G. was amazing. He brought good energy to the class and had a great playlist. If you’re ever interested in cycling you should go to his class!

Solid lifetime. Has pretty much all amenities, indoor basketball, indoor pickleball three courts, outdoor courts for tennis and pickle, plenty of pool space and classes. Very clean as well in a good location with dedicated parking.

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Inexcusable HarassmentI want to shed light on the unacceptable treatment we received from this establishment the day after christmas. As long-term members of this gym, with my husband having been a member for over 15 years and myself for over 6 years, we have always been loyal and dedicated patrons. However, a recent encounter with a particular worker in the family locker room left us feeling humiliated, disrespected, and utterly appalled. On 12/26, as we were using the family locker room, this employee named Vicky approached and confronted me asking if I even have any kids. Now one would take this as a compliment, which I would have had she said it pleasantly. Instead, she scowled at me and further interrogated me about the whereabouts of my child in which I told her that my husband was dropping her off at the kiddie place. I brushed it off and went about my usual routine and placing my family’s belongings in a locker. Of note, not once, in the YEARS we have been coming here about this locker room closing at 8pm. We have never had an issue.Unfortunately, the harassment did not end there. This same worker, upon seeing me entering the family locker room after my workout, asked me in an accusatory tone if I had any children. Again. Her insinuation that I was some kind of creep using the family area without a child was deeply offensive and unwarranted. I cannot comprehend how a staff member can make such baseless assumptions and treat paying customers in such a derogatory manner. I told her that yes my husband is in a stall as we speak giving our 2yo daughter a bath. She then stood there as if waiting for me to prove it to her. So I was compelled to call out for my husband in the middle of a busy family locker room to come out and show that I in fact had a family. My husband comes out with our dripping wet child and Vicky then told us that they close at 8pm. She became aggressive and instructed us to “Get out!”, despite the fact that we were never previously informed of any closing time restrictions. So we responded to her by saying “Okay Vicky, we will leave when we are ready because as you can see, we still need to change our child.” She proceeded to call someone on us, stormed out and Chris comes in to attempt to deescalate the situation. Chris witnessed how rude Vicky was being and we looked at him in disbelief because to our shock, she taunted us by saying, "Say my name one more time!!!” to my husband in an aggressive and confrontational manner. This behavior not only displayed a complete lack of professionalism but also left us feeling threatened and intimidated. Chris then repeatedly asked Vicky to leave the locker area (which warranted multiple prompts due to her not yielding). We filed a complaint at the front desk needless to say. Chris approached us while we were there few moments later and sincerely apologized and said he was completely shocked himself at Vicky’s behavior.Even after we filed a complaint at the front desk, the response we received the following day was a mere apology. While we appreciate the acknowledgement of the incident, we firmly believe that a situation of this magnitude warrants more than a simple apology. The level of disrespect, humiliation, and emotional distress caused by this employee's actions demands a higher standard of customer service and corrective measures to ensure that no other member is subjected to such mistreatment in the future. As a result of this deplorable experience, my family and I have decided to seek alternative gym options. We can no longer support an establishment that fails to address such blatant violations of customer rights and dignity. Our trust and loyalty have been shattered, and we urge the management of Lifetime Fitness to reflect upon the severity of this incident and take appropriate action.I sincerely hope that by sharing our story, we can raise awareness about the importance of treating customers with respect, regardless of their length of membership or any other factors.

I am a founding member. Over the last years I put my membership on pause bc I was promised over and over again that there will be more non heated flow classes added this has not happened. Facility is great but what am I paying 179.00 for to have miserable yoga classes when I can go unlimited at black swan for 99.00 a month ???? I have asked management to teach our. We will see. Going to lookAt planet fitness not the amount of yoga I want but can’t keep membership there and at black swan very frustrated

I have come a long way with my fitness goals at Life Time, thanks to my Personal Trainer, Omar Ornelas. I have dropped 2 sizes and gotten so much stronger since I signed up with him in July. The pain I was experiencing from being sedentary for the past few years is gone and I am so much more comfortable in the gym now. I am forever grateful to have my health back and highly recommend Omar if you are looking for help meeting your fitness goals. You can sign up for a stretch with him to see what he has to offer. That is what I did. He really is the best!

When I picked my son up from the daycare he was crying, I asked what happened, he told me the male in the back assaulted him. The daycare front desk refused to tell me the man's name working or let me speak to him. The front desk at the day care told me to call corporate the next day and that no manager was in duty, which i found out later was a lie. The daycare front desk refused to tell me her name and refused to call a manager. Obviously I called the police and have filed a report. The police are going to review the cameras.

The gym is great no complaints but what has made my experience at this gym the best, has been the kids academy. I just want to commend Miss Honey. I don’t leave my kids w anyone but she has made me feel so safe about having them there. You can tell the difference from someone who just has a job & someone who loves their job. Thankful for her & all of the staff including Miss Lisa, Paula, Gina, Amaya & Cortes. Just felt like they needed recognition bc I’m so grateful for them.

Great facility with a great atmosphere. When we toured the place, we were impressed, although the weight area seemed to be shoehorned into a tight area. Even at 5:30am, it could be difficult to get an open station (in part due to early classes), and dumbbells could be scarce. No joke, one time I looked over the rack area, and in the 5 rack stations, 4 had people sitting and looking at their mobile phones. Again, only 5 rack stations were available because a class was going on.In the end, the deciding factor to joining the club was the 2 full basketball courts. I love to wind down after a workout by shooting around or getting into a pickup game. Over the length of our membership, it could be difficult to get on the court due to leagues, summer camp, general usage, etc.We got word that they would transition one of the full basketball courts for pickleball use. Even though there are plenty of pickleball courts outside. Of course, the reasoning was "they need a place to play in the event of inclement weather". Please.Taking away a basketball court resulted in our membership cancellation.Again, a great facility for many things, but the reduced priority placed upon the weightlifting area and the reduced priority of members interested in basketball amounted to us canceling our membership.

Dangerous place. Be careful when parking your vehicle at parking lot.My wife is working there and our car got hit in the parking lot. When she approached the manager "George Breissinger", she was told that the video footage of the accident could be found but it will not be shared directly to us and our insurance should approach them.We talked to our insurance and they sent several requests for to "George Breissinger"' who simply ignored all of them and claimed that he had not received anything.Lifetime Baybrook management obviously reached their goal by forcing us to get the vehicle repaired using our own insurance to avoid a premium increase on their insurance. What a cost effective management. Well done!

Absolutely loved the exclusivity of this gym when I signed up a year ago, but it has gone to trash. Signed up for the 10 squat racks, but half are used at prime time (5pm) for classes. Adults with normal jobs shouldn’t have to be waiting around when the price point is over $140. All the high school kids are given so many discounts this has turned into a playground. They’re constantly loitering, taking videos, and despite the GM George sending out an email, no one in the staff enforces the rules. I’ve previously complained in an email, and no one bothered to follow up so here I am. People are constantly on their phones while sitting on machines, the music is unnecessarily loud; there just isn’t enough equipment for the amount of foot traffic this gym has. Highly disappointed with this gym now.

I love this gym and everything it offers but after being a member here for about a week somebody stole my credit cards and cash from my locker and used a thousand dollars. I filed a police report and the officer told me somebody else filed a police report the same day and time SO BE AWARE THERE IS A RAT THAT WANTS YOUR PROPERTY IN THE MENS LOCKER ROOM. I talked to Kevin at the front desk the day I noticed what was missing and he told me how they would contact me shortly this was July 13. Everyday since the report I have asked the front desk if there are any updates regarding the theft because I have still not gotten a call from anyone at lifetime. Chester also at the front desk keeps telling me about how George the gm is having a baby. Congratulations George but what does that have to do with the thief in the locker room???? So LIFETIME GUESTS take care of your valuables because they certainly won’t.
