Specifically for pharmacy. One lady in particular I do not remember her name was not helpful at all and was pretty rude. I’ve been so stressed out with a sick dog, my vet gave me a prescription for an antibiotic that said could be filled at Kroger/walgreen/heb etc.
I went to Kroger and the pharmacist as soon as I said it was for my dog seemed annoyed first saying they probably didn’t carry it. Then another pharmacist said they did but it had to be ordered. Then they said they didn’t have the specific strength of 500mg and could only do 250mg. They said they could order the 250mg but it would take 4-5 days to receive it. Kroger called my vet and had it all set to order. My dog needed medicine now, so I was able to pick up half of the prescription at the vet but had to call and change the order at Kroger to half the amount. I called and spoke with the First Lady I spoke with (the one that seemed annoyed) to explain I only needed half of what they were going to order. She claimed they couldn’t do that and she would have to call me back. An hour later calls me back, and now tells me That they could not order that medication at all. And was very blunt and rude about it. When I asked what was the reason she just claimed again that they could not order that?. I said I don’t understand. Why were you able to order it before but now you’re not able to order it? Seems like they don’t really care about their customers even if it is just for an animal.

The store is average but the employees are why I keep returning. There are usually multiple checkout lanes open with an actual human working them. Appreciate it.

This Kroger is poorly managed. Card specials are not given !! You have to wait in line every time to get card specials on meats and produce!! Produce , meat department managers are incompetent. Now I go to H-E-B !!! Not worth the aggravation ?

Have everything, smaller store so everything's close together - that being said though the pharmacy is an absolute joke. They don't care about costumers, have no sense of urgency, and are willing to argue with YOU over a mistake your doctor or even the pharmacy made. They won't tell you if they don't have your meds available, won't check other stores to see if they have it, it's all around lazy. Some of the self checkout employees are rude, and will act like you're trying to steal stuff whenever you're really just having an issue with the old machine reading a barcode. Not the best Kroger by far, but whenever I'm in a rush and need to be in and out I usually come here since I know where everything is and usually at least the old self checkout is open. The new ones are almost never in use.

Great for the basics. If you need more, go to HEB. They do not ways have the products ther have coupons for. Also. Some of their coupons are only good on pick up and delivery orders.

I like Kroger's here and I've had really nice employees help me and customers because I have health problems with neuropathy, but lately here and other places in friendswood, I've had customers look at me and get all their mucus spit on the ground towards me in the store and outside and I've had people tell me go back to Mexico, Im an old brown skin woman and I look indigenous and a strong Mexican look, but it has been getting worse, and I was born in Tx and have 1700 ancestry and I feel for people that can't speak up , if security cameras are on, you can see this behavior, and it's mostly elderly white men and some of these people work in high positions in friendswood, I recognize some of them, I just hope that people can be more nice out there to everyone, no matter how they look

Picked up cooked chicken tenders for the kids from the Deli. They were unseasoned, no salt, nothing. The kids took 1 bite and spit it out. Just horrible. I should have brought them back to the store. Do better.

The self checkout is extremely annoying… otherwise I do love their selection. They have healthy alternatives I can’t find at HEB.

They have corporate office controlling the A/C. Was so hot the last few times shopping. I'll have to shop elsewhere if they can't correct this

I am very disappointed at the training your sacker get. They need to learn how to pack groceries. You do not put heavy items on top produce. Put too many heavy items in one bag. Put cold stuff with dry stuff. Please retrain your sackers.
I'm also very disappointed you do not allow your elderly employees to sit down while checking , especially you gas station attendants. I realize you give rest breaks by law but it is very difficult to stand for a full shift.

This is the least busiest Kroger I have been to. The pharamacist and techs are nice and give shots painlessly.

On more than 1 occasion, customer parks in curbside parking, gets out and goes shopping leaving little to no spaces for the curbside customers. Employees see this and don't say anything.
