Kroger Pharmacy is staffed by caring professionals committed to helping people lead healthier lives. Their pharmacists offer more than prescriptions and over-the-counter medications; they provide advice, support, and are trained to administer vaccinations, helping customers protect their health. The store is a smaller location with everything close together, making shopping convenient. However, the pharmacy staff is often criticized for being unhelpful, lacking urgency, and arguing over mistakes, which affects the overall experience. Some customers find the self-checkout options frustrating, citing rude employees and machines that frequently malfunction. Despite these issues, the store is appreciated for its selection, especially for healthy alternatives that are not always available at other stores like HEB. The store’s temperature control is also problematic, with some customers finding it too hot due to corporate-controlled A/C. Parking can be an issue, as some curbside customers leave their vehicles in the space while shopping, with employees not addressing the problem. Overall, Kroger offers essential items and basic grocery needs, but improvements in staff service and store environment could enhance the shopping experience.
The store is average but the employees are why I keep returning. There are usually multiple checkout lanes open with an actual human working them. Appreciate it.

Great for the basics. If you need more, go to HEB. They do not ways have the products ther have coupons for. Also. Some of their coupons are only good on pick up and delivery orders.
