My experience with Jjs in Friendswood has always been great. I can can honestly say that I have always had helpful, polite service from all employees. I can honestly say that a large part of that is due to the Mechanic Dalton who emphasizes customer service. He helped me install a new battery into my car and was sooo helpful. He a WOULD NOT ACCEPT A TIP FROM ME. I wanted to show appreciation and was told it was not necessary. You don’t get service like this anymore and obviously JJ’s has made this a priority. A huge thank you!!

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to! Bugs still all over my bumper, and when I told the employee there, they just shrugged their shoulders.

We love this car wash the best. The rainbow car wash smells so good and the tire cleaner is an awesome bonus. The towels that are provided are high quality. Very well maintained and staff is very friendly!!

This is got to be the best car wash place I’ve been to. It is so convenient and much easier than doing it all at home. I’ve been a member for roughly a year and well worth the money. The actual car wash doesn’t scratch up your vehicle, and gets it clean. The free towels, dashboard wipes, lollipop/suckers and air fresheners are nice to have. Their vacuums are always strong And the compressed air comes in handy For getting dirt out of little cracks and crevices. There have been times where I have gone two or three times in a week, And I definitely go regularly one time a week so My membership more than pays for itself.
