Horrible customer service at James Avery in Dillards. They sold us a 400.00 bracelet that tarnished in 2 weeks and all they could tell us was to go to the main store. Rude and disrespectful staff. We will think hard about buying James Avery products even though it was the staff that caused the negativity

I oder something online and pay for next day deliver. 165 and nothing was received. What a disappointment I pay for next day delivery I didn't ask for no favor I pay you.you should be held your self accordingly. Bad experience

I wish I can could give no stars ! I never had an issue with this James Avery and out of no where they want to start having bad service. You have a promotion going on but don’t tell your customers when they do this promotion that it’s going to be a different day. I constantly go there and no matter how busy they are they always put peoples charms right there . Now out of now where they don’t do that? Not only that you give them your information so you can get your bracelet or necklace done and they state they will call you when it’s time to pick up..NOW I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DO NOT CALL CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR ORDERS AND THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DONE !!! But I was told Sunday we are going to call you when it is ready! What the heck. Such bad customer service and way to handle things . Need better associates who know their JOB and if you’re going to do a promotion give out the right information so YOU CUSTOMERS can decide if they are going to do it before taking their money. I swear this whole experience has turned me off to James Avery. I’ll never tell anyone to go here .

Customer services was very terrible. I took my bracelet and rings to get cleaned and they lost my items. Then they didn’t have it ready at the time and date they told me. Not to mention that they did a very horrible job of cleaning it because my bracelet and rings are still dirty. This James Avery will never get my money ever again.

what can I say? James Avery has been a family tradition. My daughter and I love shopping here for the "perfect" charm. We all have JA Charm bracelets and the memories of each charm are so special. Great staff, great selection. Love this place!

Customer service sucks. They couldn't place my charm when I bought the bracelet. I came separate days after they told me to come back. Both times I came they were complaining they were "low on staff" and I still didn't get my charm put in.
