I recommend, not allowing substitutions. I have received substitutions with totally different products, ie Miracle Whip instead of Mayonnaise

Besides having the best selection of produce around, the pharmacy here is so much better than the chain pharmacies around. I switched pharmacies to this location after a year of having issues with getting a medication filled at Walgreens. It's a little bit pricier (about $10) but honestly, I'd much rather pay the extra money and save myself from the headache and anxiety every month hoping Walgreens had my medication on time. I never have to worry with HEB! Plus, the customer service at HEB pharmacy (and in general) is always so helpful. I truly appreciate them so much!

Great food selection, got just what I need. Clean, nicely organized sections. This location is much more calm and less crowded than the one by the Pearland town center. The cashiers and store associates are very nice and helpful. The missing 1 star is because they never have cakes with whipped cream in stock ready to go. You would always have to order one. I'd always have to go to Kroger's just for their cakes with whipped cream. Our family eat cake whenever we like. We don't wait for special occasions or birthdays. Sigh... Some of the boiled crawfish could've been a little bigger. It would be nice it H‑E‑B could start to add bay numbers to sectionalize their aisles like Home Depot and Lowe's. Most of the time they are very fast and efficient but periodically especially lately they have been making us wait longer and longer which is what ended up costing them one star here but the orders are always accurate

Shout out to HEB Friendswood and the mear department, especially Anthony. I wanted a particular tour of steak that was not out on the shelves at that time, and he went to the back and apparently prepared the specific steak and cut I wanted. It was beautiful, and I really appreciate the extra effort he went through to get it for me. Wonderful!

They need to make the young man who went to ministry school at curbside on 1-21 a manager. I've never had a more positive interaction at this H-E-B. He is a ray of sunshine and deserves a blessing.

I love this location. The staff is friendly, the food is great quality and the prices are good! I love to get my produce here as well as the readymade salads. The chicken salad varieties are all delicious and I believe made in store, along with another favorite of mine-- their store made ranch dressing. It's a steal at $3.98 a bottle and worth every penny. I visit this location at least twice a week and will continue to do so.

Can’t say I like curbside at H‑E‑B, my biggest complaint is their stupid app. No way to share a grocery list with other people in your family. And if you go to pick up an order someone else placed you have to call the other person to text the parking spot number. Why can’t we just have a shared account in the app.

Update. I am very satisfied with my last curbside. Everything was great. I'll try ordering meat next time.The curbside is convienient and before I've had no problems it's impossible to find fresh produce and whole foods on the app, almost. HEB gave me these sweet potato fries that were expired the day I got them. Think I may have go to bad chicken once, so I'm hesitant to order meat too. I love the service but for fresh vegetables and meat it seems u have to go in and get them yourself to ensure u don't get spoiled/rotten product. .
