Drove to Alvin location because I heard these same reviews from
family members about Friendswood GW. Alvin location on 35 bypass was excellent to deal with. Very helpful employees and appreciated my donations.

You have the rudest employees I've ever experienced, just completely unhlepful, they tell you they can't take donations because it's trash. No sir you are trash. I can see why you're scores are so low, and it's crazy people are trying to give you free stuff for you to sell.

Rude and unhelpful. Hard to get into the place and people there are terrible to people. People are donating to help. You can at least be polite. Never again Goodwill.

They dont seem to take any donations. Doesn't matter what time you go, they say they're closed. Meanwhile their truck is always parked in the road, causing huge traffic problems.

We just left the store next to your drop off center. The side walk was covered in donations to the point of blocking a clear path to the business next door. As a matter of fact the sweet girl who brought us our food just fell and hurt herself badly due to your donations blocking her path to the business she is employed with. Then after she falls (on top of table mind you) your employee (goodwill employee) comes out and locks your facility doors with clearly no intention on clearing a path on the sidewalk. Someone could get seriously hurt and if they do I hope they will hold you accountable, and to the girl who fell that was clearly in alot of pain if you read this, we witnessed what happened and know what caused you to fall.

Two of the laziest men ever. They just stand there and offer no help. No smile, never a thank you, nothing. Can’t believe they earn a paycheck! Worthless on every occasion. I’m done.

Absolutely rude associate for no reason. Wouldn’t smile or say hello when i got there. I said hello myself and asked how he was doing and he just ignored. I put up all the boxes in the cart and said okay looks like im done and he just rolled his eyes and moved on. I was just shocked as to what did i do to deserve that treatment but from all the reviews it appears that pretty usual at this location. Ridiculous.

Just dropped off some items to donate at this goodwill. The two employees there were sitting around bored on their phones. Didn't say a word to me when I came in, took my items, and continued to throw these barely used household goods in a box from waist high not caring if they were getting damaged on the way down. Didn't even ask if I would like a receipt. Extremely disrespectful to belongings that people may find as useful. I understand their jobs may not be very exciting, but come on...

I donate a lot to Goodwill & use this LocalTalk the time but I am sitting outside of it right now after taking 3 loads of stuff in & the whole time the guy working sat on his butt looking at his phone & never even looked up or offered to help.
