They cancelled my online order with no reasoning at all. At least could’ve told me why

When a customer walks into a store & you don’t greet or even attempt to ask if they need any help. Retail is customer service. The girl just stood behind the counter & I was the only person in there.

I can only afford their clerance but luckily they are not lacking in that department. I enjoy the fact they have candles and insence now too!
