We are staying at an RV resort in Houston. Our truck would not start. We called around and Fleetworks answered our call. Super easy to pay and fill out paperwork. They were extremely prompt and had brought some minor parts just in case. Tyler was our service guy. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Fortunately, it was just the battery (which he brought). From the time I called them to completing the job was maybe 2 hours! Bonus, he had the same truck as us and was able to show my non-techy husband what some of the buttons were!

These guys are great! They priced an alternator repair on my Volvo reasonably and had me in and out within 48 hours and had a quote within the business day. I’m definitely taking my car back and will recommend them to my friends and family.

They were quick to respond on a Sunday and were able to repair 3 trucks that were all needing on the road that night! I would highly recommend!

Bad experience. Took Ambulance for an A/C repair. They came up with a list of a bunch of things wrong, so we thought ok, let them work on it. Three weeks later we finally get it back and within minutes the Ambulance overheats, breaks down. We tow it to our regular mechanic, and they are horrified at the way the repairs were performed. They blame it on the work we refused to keep having them do. This ambulance has no issues besides the A/C when we dropped it off, now suddenly everything they touched fell apart!. Couple thousand dollars later we are worse off, and spending more thanks to them. Please be careful. The Ambulance never had an overheating problem or a broken bracket until your mechanic put it back together with the wires wedges in-between the fan and bracket causing the fan to slice the wires. Your responses try to make it look like it's our fault, and then you say bring it back to schedule the repairs. The point is nobody should have to deal with this and that is our review, why would anyone go back. Go somewhere with more experiencened mechanics.

Updating my review this year with another 5 stars. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and CAREFUL. I appreciate that. Every dollar we spend is important to be careful with, so I prefer to work with a careful, thoughtful mechanic team. I’ve now taken 6 different vehicles to them over the last year and I was satisfied with every single one of them.
