Found Engraphics when looking for a shop to laser engrave a Yeti mug for a gift. Excellent experience with a fine looking product at a good price. Polite service with an attitude of customer service. I would highly recommend and will come here for all our future needs of this type.

Asked to do logo and letters in vynal for 47 tumblers, they did a horrible job. The owner complained because she had to take the cups out of the boxes they came in. Gave me all the stickers and logos to place on tumbles myself because she didn't realized it was time consuming. Very disorganized company, very messy and dirty at their storefront, there was a child playing in the middle of the shop with boxes, kept hitting me with them as I'm trying to talk to the owner. I came into their shop with two heavy boxes, two men just stare at me, one of them works there, finally he came out and open the door for me yes as I'm trying to struggle to walk in with two heavy boxes I do not recommend that place at all!!
