This was my first time using Embroidery Hut and will definitely not be my last! I took 2 bath robes, different fabrics and they both came out amazing! He was very helpful with his recommendations and they are literally perfect & Good price too! Definitely recommend! 🧵10/10

The work is very good, they do things well, with style, cleanly and in good time. I really liked what they did. I brought a welding helmet so they could embroider the name and it turned out incredible. I highly recommend it. I give them a 10 out of 10.

I have been using the embroidery hut for years! They do all our backpacks, lunch kits and personalized gifts. I am a picky person and I have always been pleased. Very professional men and I highly recommend!

Paid in September for 5 jackets (adults/kids) and 3 shirts to embroider company logo on front and all jackets have a big embroidery on back. Made the first 3 jackets 3 weeks out with wrong sizes, I kept one with wrong size because it didn’t look bad but I had to rebuy the other 2 jackets and get them done again. Took another few weeks to receive 2 items. Asking about our other items promise after promised date nothing. Finally he said he lost the shirts and my daughter’s jacket and to go rebuy them and he would do it. Weeks have past and nothing. Came on Monday 12/16 for the jacket that I dropped off over a week because he lost it and I was told by owner Akram that the jacket and shirt would be done yesterday. I’m still standing in front of his booth Tuesday babysitting to get these last 2 items done. My dollars are the same value as the next. Ridiculous to be waiting out almost 4 months later.

Due to the holidays they had a line of orders, but despite all of that, they have great customer service and let us know exactly how long it would take for my order to be ready! These guys make a great team!
