“My wife has taken me along , I ‘m not a shopper. YET! I have come to realize that this is a great store. The manager is friendly, the variety of products.-terrific.
As prices rise and we don’t always have
the money for everything, take a look at what the store carries. It’s a good place that helps stretch your money.
I see a few negative comments,.. wow…
The store offers so much, it does get busy.
If one wants to leave, that’s your choice. But, see how far your money goes at regular stores.
Be grateful there is still a place that offers $avings for hard earned money .”
“The staff was very helpful and friendly they greeted me when I walked into the store and thanked me when I was leaving out of the store they have a lot of merchandise I was surprised how much merchandise they had i will be going there from now on I love it”
“Selection is decent enough, the store is a little tight but organized and clean, staff is nice, just be careful because they can extra ring items, two of my items got ringed 1 extra time than what I actually got, I called and told me to bring everything back and the receipt to refund me but for $2.50 plus tax I wasn’t going to do the trip, I got the lesson, check your receipt before leaving the parking because you may need to go back inside the store with all of your bags for them to check that you’re telling the truth and refund you, I know the mistake was theirs but I am the one that needs to prove to them that I’m telling the truth ?”
“I am visiting from Bedford TX. I am from Galveston. My best friend took me to this Dollar Tree. I wanted some bit of honey candy. The manager stopped stocking and went in the back bringing a box out. This manager is awesome ?”
“Very nice place it's very clean and the owner - worker is very nice person. The Christmas decorations are plentiful many items cannot be found elsewhere. I love the party supply area ot has a very large selection. I also like there craft area. It to has a large variation. I highly recommend this place.”

“Clean stores. Go to stores for quick pick up items. Nice variety of products, food items, household car & outside needs.. great greetinģ card selections. They have variety of items you can find at brand name multi purpose stores at competitive prices. No longer $ store; most items $1.25 yet still reasonable. Haven't shopped at Dollar Tree lately, give them a visit.”

“This store was extremely clean and all three ladies were super helpful. I went to this location after a terrible experience I had at the League City Pkwy location. My review for the is as follows: down the aisle where I was waiting and asked me if the young man had told me that they didn’t have it. I feel it was so quick that she didn’t look thoroughly, but that of course was an assumption. Then the two older women were having a conversation about “someone” told me they had inventory and twisted my words around because they clearly didn’t listen. The facial expressions they made were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I didn’t hold back from pointing out their actions and behavior. One lady tried to apologize. She said she didn’t know I was talking to her and the other lady with the bandage on her wrist gave me the hand gesture as to shut me up. These women obviously take advantage of the young man on the register while they sit in the office complaining about the store instead of putting away inventory. Thankfully the 518 & 45 location had over 20 cartons. I purchased 4, but someone from Corporate needs to assess the League City Parkway location because that store is a mess! And those women complaining about the company probably need to retire.

“It was a standard, bit-cluttered Dollar Tree. Bathroom was low-end but decent and didn't require a key, which I appreciate.A clerk opened another register as there were probably five customers in line - that's a Positive.I have not before seen the PLUS aisle with $3 and $5 items. It is Good that they are pretty clearly marked.For a Dollar Tree, this is just what I expect”
“I will have to put this out there I drive all the way from Jersey village Tx to come to the location on S Gordon street because this store is always clean always stocked with amazing merchandise to purchase and the staff well they all are amazing humans and the customer service is above and beyond Missy the store manager and the assistant manger and ll the staff is in the list to be giving a great dinner out in my book foe all there hard work”

“Though this part of fuqua street NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP BIG TIME. There was a man solicitor near the entrance and it kinda always scares me, cus one never knows. Please keep it safe!!!!This is the second time I've been to this dollar general. I love it! Is pretty big store. It was well organized, clean, and they have a lot of Christmas items that you can probably decorate and craft for your this holiday and then some. The staff was working and she greeted me. Which I was surprised cus many stores don't greet you anymore. It seems customer service went on vacay lol. But for this store it surely didn't. Even at the checkout stand the guy was very friendly and spoke with me too. I love it. This is will be one of my favorite dollar store.”

“The one on 1462 was the only store open during our "winter storm" and had everything to keep people going to the point they sold out of just about everything. When they would get something in they would post it on social media cause that was the only form of communication at that time. Love that store”

“This review is strictly for the mature Hispanic cashier that checked me out yesterday. YOU ARE AWESOME! I was in a rush and almost forgot an item. She shouted at me right before I walked out, like my mom would (in a good way), and pointed out the almost forgotten item. She made light of the situation, (didn't make me feel embarrassed or d*** about it), which I really appreciated. We laughed about it and I walked out in a MUCH better mood than when I entered. We need more people like her in customer service. Such a nice lady with GREAT energy! Give her a raise!”

“The store is not crap as the previous review says. They do not have enough help. The manager is very nice. The help comes and goes because they just don't have enough to keep up with the shipments. Maybe somebody should go in there and help them if they want to leave a bad review.”
