Beware! They will try to see you shoes that were previously worn and when you go to return they will say the shoes were worn. I’ll NEVER buy anything from Dick’s again!

Updated displays are very nice and the store is well stocked. On the other hand, I interacted with 3 employees and 2 of them were very rude. The gentleman in the shoe department and the lady at the cash register convinced us to spend our money elsewhere.

Love the new setup but waiting for shoes shouldn't take 10 to 15 mins when not busy. So we left without trying cleats on.

DKS store nice inside but lacks hunting gear , guns etc. This is TexasWear most folks love to hunt. Overstaffed n large but limited good selection. Example no Nike black no show socks size 9-12 only the size below. Other brands missing too many to list. No music playing thru out the store. Glad to see open but not on the level of Academy sports n OUTDOORS

My veteran and I had awesome service when it came to purchasing our items because had a bad hip. One person found a place for him to sit until I called him to the counter to pay for the items. We will be back!

Good location, lots of selection but the staff there is Typical of employees these days. I walked in to look at A-scope and after the 4 guys at the gun cabinet spent 15 minutes talking to each other one of them came over and asked me if I needed help. When I told him I was looking for a low priced scope for my fiancees gun they immediately took me to the counter and showed me the most expensive Vortex they had. When I asked about another cheaper option they couldn't give me any information on it or make a valid case to why the Vortex was so much better other than the cost. I think a lot of employees these days have forgotten that just because you don't spend $500 1 pop doesn't mean you won't come back and spend more later if you get good assistance

Why do you sell boats if you do not register them with texas parks and wildlife. Horrible service. Management is non existent. I NEED THE BOAT I PURCHASED REGISTERED. WHY DOES MANAGEMENT NOT GET IT!!!

Is it typical for your associates to cancel an entire pick up order? I had a large pick up order and the entire order was cancelled. I have a hard time believing that they could not even find one item on the list. Please get back to me about this issue Thank you
