First circle k I have ever been at where my two refill cups cost me a $2.90 .. any other circle k is $2.12 . Now I see why the store only has a 2.6 rating.. it probably rips its customer off at a daily basis

I wasn't surprised to see so many complaints about the same woman I came here to rant about. As long as she's not there it's a great experience. But when Ruby is there. I'm just going to go somewhere else from now on. Oh and sugar water for sweet tea. Your losing $ over 1 cashier. I've spent a lot of $ here. Not any longer.

The two old white lady’s who work here are extremely rude for no reason! need csr training and attitude adjustment! And verry unprofessional I even think One of them is the assistant manager! ??????

I go to circle k 4-7 times a day and never have problems with the staff but I've been at this location for over an hour trying to get gas and a fountain drink but she keeps saying I'm closing out my day and it been an hour she has a very poor attitude towards customers I will be contacting corporate tomorrow to file a complaint honestly this lady needs to take more customer service courses And get a better attitude it should not take 1hr and 15 mins to close out the day

BEAWARE MARLENE CHARGES YOU TWICE !!She tells you It didn’t go thru but it does go thru I don’t know because she is short of money or She needs the money !! But Y’all be careful !! Also The Manager Gives her her side I’m pretty sure they are together on this !! She Try to Fool Me But I work in a Gasoline station I know How things works !!

Cashier was very friendly and welcoming! Store was clean and it's a very convenient location! They have one of those electronic soda machines that have a huge variety to choose from! So excited about all of the diet/sugar free options!

Ruby is incredibly rude. Been coming here for years and would rather not go in if she's working the counter. She just accused me of having a fake ID by saying I was a man and not the woman in the photo. She then was giving me attitude for buying a lighter bc she said they're for cigarettes. I don't smoke and it's none of her business why I'm buying anything.

Clean, basic convenient store with coke fountain, coffee machines, & donuts, baked goods, & even rolling sausages on the rolling machine! Easy access across from H-E-B at FM 518 & Sunset Blvd. Unless I need something from inside the store, I visit H-E-B for gas. Very convenient!

Where in America do they not accept a VALID not expired identification ? Tell this person you hired what a identification card looks like and to stop insulting customers . I'm deeply concerned tourist are not welcome here at all . Get you some better educated employees also better business bureau certification would help . It's a gas station people need cigarettes and such !!!!! What's the hold up ? There is clearly no type of management here so don't give me the "I'll tell the management" line. Get it fixed . Train your employees !!!
