My husband and I are from out of town (NJ) with a desperate need to burn some DVDs for a presentation. I have been working with Shelly for almost two hours as it’s been very difficult due to the size of the file. She even offered to stay an hour past closing to finish our job but thankfully we figured out the problem and we’re copying DVDs as I write this review! Shelly is fantastic! She was sooo patient, kind, persistent to find the answer we needed! I would encourage her owners to give her a bonus or a raise! :) Actually, all the staff here are fantastic! You won’t go wrong bringing your work here! They really do care!

I went this morning and the manager knowing that it was my turn to take care of my needs left me standing in front of the computer . I needed help to print one page and he said it will take two hours to do it. Since this place was sold customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend for nothing this place a lot of racism.

.49 cents per copy for self service color copies is a rip-off. Prices are not displayed anywhere in the store. Would have gone elsewhere if I knew how much they would charge beforehand.

Love this spot. I came in there a while back, on a Saturday a few minutes before closing time. I felt bad for being there at the end of the day. I got helped by an employee named Madison. She was super nice and ensured me there was no rush at all. Perfect service and the prices are always great. I recommend Copy Dr to people all the time. Not sure what they pay, but I think Madison should get a raise haha.

Been going to Copy Dr for 15 years+ Charged me two set up fees and wanted to charge me a 3rd and I haven’t even seen any work done. I will never give them another penny. Terrible business

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I've been going to this location for over 10 years and it was phenomenal until this new owner.
They've lost my order MANY times, it takes DAYS for literally 7 copies, right now I'm first in line to pick up an order and I've been standing here over 15 minutes while numerous staff members walk around. AFTER waiting 15 minutes they literally walk up the the person BEHIND me and ask them if they need help. This man just walked in 30 seconds ago. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.

Had a great experience at copy doctor Friendswood. Staff is super friendly. They are very helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile for me. Amber really took great care of me. I highly recommend using this shop for all your printing needs.

Lady was rude and unhelpful. Acted like I should know what I was doing. If I knew what I was doing why would I be there? What I am assuming was a "regular" walked in and I was completely ignored after that. She was very nice to that customer. Went to Staples after and they were very helpful and did it for free!

They did great on the invites! They offered great opinions on different card stock and got it done in a timely manner.
