Very janky individuals working at this location was doing good business with these folks for a while and started to feel some animosity coming from the employees at this location to make it long store short I’ve borrowed a few thousand through loans multiples times all for them to not call me on my last day of grace and I indeed believe that it was done intentionally so that they could make they little coins will never be coming back to this establishment unless it is to get my Nintendo switch and the only reason I want that back is because I’m still signed in and my card is attached to it.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. Sold me a microwave that doesn't even work! Looks like someone rigged the front face to make it look good, but it was broke. Very disappointed. It doesn't even warm up food. Will never buy anything from here again. I will make sure to tell my family and friends not to buy anything from here

Only needed a small short term loan, she wouldn't give what I asked for, which is about an eigth of the value of James Avery, offered $20 less on bracelet, no problem, u just screwed yourself out of the easy interest and customer. Treated my friend just as rudely for an actual purchase he offered a while ago, then took offer almost immediately. Female manager doesn't like females clearly. Hopefully getting new managers!! Manager upon transaction had a bad attitude and RBF! Won't be back after this.

Needed some cash, and I pawned some very expensive tools and was given the amount of cash I was asking for. Every one was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out with cash in about 15 minutes. Thanks Becca ?

They don't do online extensions for pawned items. Very inconvenient if you somehow can't get to a store. Whoopty do, y'all are scared of people disputing their transactions on their debit card.

Can't complain, I was selling gaming accessories and the young lady that was working, btw she was cute AF too, was chill AF and didn't make any problems. It's a pawn shop and for the most part then people are pretty considerate

I went in there a lil while ago, because I was in tough times. The young man that served me had the WROST ATTITUDE EVERY!!! I did not get his name because my mind was on other things but I will never ever ever go back!!!!

The manager is terrible! She has a nasty attitude and Fernando is the worst. Terrible customer service and they don’t have any 18k chains weak inventory!

I brought in a $7,000 Zales wedding ring They offered $250... I snatched my ring said Oh hell no and walked right out that door.. They made me embarrassed to even be a customer.. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD... EZ pawn Noticed it. I got more than a $1,000 on loan... I Now know witch company knows what they're doing.

Amazing staff, the assistant manager, Rebecca, is such a sweetheart. I’ve bought many an item from Here and sold many. Always treat me well and are kind. I’m certain the “bad reviews” are people who come in with attitude so yes, you’ll receive attitude should you act that way. Let’s also not forget you’re coming to a pawnshop, you know the risks when you purchase something. Please keep in mind they do offer warranty if you’re worried purchase it with your item. All in all give this place a try!

I have always been treated with respect from the moment I’ve walked through the door. I myself am a pawnbroker for different company and I know the standard that needs to be set and they always exceed. I’ll always continue doing my business with this company and specifically this store. Rebecca and Sarah are always on point.

This place sold me a TV that when I got home ended up not working properly the volume didnt work. If they didnt bother to check their equipment before they buy it how do they sell and expect business. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND JUST WARNING FOR OTHER POTENTIAL BUYERS.
