First time at the Boardroom Styling lounge and I really am happy with the service and cut that Adalyna provided. Chris the manager was a great host and made sure I was taken care of. It is a classy lounge with a classy staff. Do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself. I will definitely be back.

My first time visiting and it's the first time in a long time that someone has trimmed my beard well, the way I wanted, the right way. Little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Brianna, hope I spelled that correctly, did an awesome job. Also, very nice place.Service: Beard maintenance

Great service, very professional. Consistent, high-end hair care. Adalyna is a rock star, book with her. I recommend getting a membership it saves a ton of time and you can keep your hair clean with a weekly visit.

From the second I walked in it was a very inviting experience. Wood cladded walls...masculinity. Came in to tame a long and unruly beard and was not disappointed. Ronnie at the front was cheerful, polite and professional. She offered me a complimentary refreshment and a comfortable chair for my short wait. Brianna was up for the task of the beard work with undeniable skills. She too was pleasant and a joy to talk with as the yeard was cut to compliance. I most certainly would recommend this establishment and will be back to redeem my 50% off next visit. Thank you to the board room. The YEARD looks great and I had a good time. See you soon.

Worst Customer Service. Don't use this location especially if you walk in and deal with Chris at the front desk. I scheduled an appointment at this location to go back and see a stylist that did an excellent job last time I was there. I also happen to work in sales and sometimes a last minute client will show up unannounced, with that being said I tried to call 2 hours AHEAD of time to cancel my appointment 3 times and not 1 person picked up the phone. Finally an hour past my appointment I get a call asking if I'm going to make my appointment and I explain to CHRIS the situation and what happened. Chris questioned me ever trying to call the store which in 2023 should be easy to confirm if I in fact did or didn't. Regardless he told me there is a $25 fee for missed appointments which I apologized and explained I called way before hand to give them the opportunity to fill my slot and said I will be coming in later that week to have my services performed and he said ok. LATER that day I get a notification from my bank that I've been charged $25. I call CHRIS and he explains he told me he was going to charge me. NEVER DID HE SAY HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE MY CARD AND I HAVE NEVER GIVEN YOU PERMISSION TO DO SO WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE. Worst way to do business and the only one that will suffer now is the stylist. I tip very well every time I 'm there and will no longer bring my service now THANK YOU TO CHRIS.Services: Haircut

Way over priced for a mediocre haircut. Was also charged for a beard trim but all she did was clean up some of the hairs that grow on my upper cheek. Im a barber,thats not a beard trim thats part of the haircut to edge up the top of someones beard

This location is fantastic. Yolanda is a great barber. It is unfortunate that she is leaving soon. She is a valuable asset to the business and is always very professional. I’ve been here twice and Taylor was my stylist. She did a great job. She did such a great job I was going to purchase the year executive membership. Luckily I checked before I spent $1300 and found out Taylor and 2 other stylists were gone. Seems to be a management problem there of some sort. I hate it because I really like this place and hate trying to find someone I like to cut my hair. Hopefully they get it figured out because it’s a cool concept.

I’ve been a member for 4 or 5 years now. Going to this location exclusively since 2020. I’ve had several great barbers and stylists here. A few were not as good.The good ones are almost all now gone, and it’s all because of the manager. I know this because I have seen them in their new jobs and are happy to say why they left. Consistency can not be maintained when a new person is having to learn every time.For the amount paid here you would think owners would care about high turnover, which they very much have.Services: Hot towel shave

Havr always loved the service, but I can't make myself attempt to go back anymore. I'm not sure if the problem comes from their online reservations, but it is starting to feel like they just don't want my business. Three times I have come in after an appointment only to be told that I am scheduled at a future date or even a past date. At those past date times they always say they tried to call. When I say I didn't get a voice message and I do not answer unrecognized numbers on my cell phone, I was told they don't leave messages. The problem is that I still have emails and calendar syncs that have the date and time I tried to go in. All they will ever tell me is "sorry, there's nothing we can do." This weekend I tried to do an additional service I had never used before--a pedicure for myself and one other. Three hours before The appointment they cancelled on me yet again. I visited The Boardroom a couple of weeks ago for the first time and left extremely satisfied. My stylist was Brianna Y. and she did an amazing job with my haircut and beard trim. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she executed it perfectly. I have received so many compliments from people asking where I got my haircut done. I look forward to my next visit!
