If I could give 0 stars I would. Chris at the front desk was very rude he told me to come to window 3 to then tell me to go back and wait. There was no one else in line so I waited and he called me back. When I gave him my forms of identification he slid my cards to me in a very fast manor.

Who on earth banks here? They have no idea what they’re doing, accessing any statement is a huge ordeal for them. Every other bank in the world can easily access online statements. This isn’t localized to this branch either.

BBVA Bank does not help the community during COVID19 pandemic. Unbearable; I attended the 1218 Spencer Hwy, South Houston Bank and I stood in line in my car for about 20 minutes with 12 cars ahead of me (lobby closed and ATM broken - for about two weeks and it was out a month before), gave up and took a chance to go to a different location. I get to this location and there was no line, God had answer my prayers; I provide ID, I provide card, and paper stub asking for money (no account no.). Attendant comes back and ask for account number. I don't know it, I don't have the app, I just need help I need my money. Attendant didn't care, she pointed to the fact that a lot of wallets are being stolen; I need to provide the account number; unless you have a business and you deal with the bank on a daily basis do you know your account number, that is why you have your card; also we are all trying to stay at home? how are we loosing the wallets? She or they(bank) just don't want to help. One would figure that your Texas ID and your FACE should be enough for your bank to help you, but it isn't.

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever dealt. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BANK HERE! You lost a customer after what they did to me today. Told me another customer was more important and I need to leave.

THIS ATM SUCKS!!!!!!! It's froze on me so I had to cancel my card!!!! Then called the 1800 number then they charged me 5$!!!!! WTH

Horrible customer service. Still on hold after 1.5 hours trying to set up online payments for a new car loan. I am actively looking for someone else to service this loan as this is the WORST experience ever.
