Rude, unprofessional, and prejudiced staff! Mediocre service,Prejudism still practiced at this location, but they cover it up by having a Hispanic employee by the door to open and close the door to people funny!! it is a just a cover-up to their true feelings toward minorities they do treat a minority individual by declining loans and treating them at the window tellers just ask the Hindu lady teller who has been trained to discriminate poor thing she is a minority too plus her own natural grotesque approach toward peopletruly give a poor image to this branch

Had a check to cash from the lottery commission, this is where they bank, and this is where the check is from. I came here to cash the check, After standing there for over 5 min the teller told me there would be an 8$ charge to cash since I wasn’t an account holder. Haha! Crooks! Took the check and went to my bank! CHASE BANK! where they treat you with respect and take care of you! BOA is full of Crooks! Won’t ever step foot back in a BOA ever again!

Jasmin went above and beyond to solve a problem for me that her branch had never seen and had not been notified of it by corporate. She solved the problem herself and thoroughly documented the process so any future customers with the same request as me will be taken care of in a timely manner. Great job!

Before today I didn't know much about Bank of America, 25 years ago I paid off an ex-wife's credit card there once.But you see there locations come and go quite frequently. At least in my area of Houston I have seen three or four pop-up and three or four go away just as quick. It wasn't until today that I began to understand why that was...A new client of mine who just moved into Houston gave me a retainer check today for a new project I'm going to do for them. And because it was a new account, low number, a checks and for some reason my bank could not authenticate the signature on the check via Bank of America.So they were going to have to put a hold on it until it cleared.I asked if there was anything I could do about the time lag and she looked at the check and she goes. There's a Bank of America just across the street. You just go cash it over there...So off I went check in hand...As I walk in the Bank of America branch no one was in there, two girls working the teller area and a guy at the entry door opening it for all who came and went.I got up to the teller and asked her that I would like to cash this check, she said sure no problem...Then I was asked if I had an account, I replied if I had an account. I just deposited it and not need the cash...She goes! Oh that makes sense...But since you don't have an account here, we're going to have to charge you to cash it...Just after I heard that out of the teller I was dealing with, a gentleman walked up to the teller next to me and all he wanted to do was deposit cash into an account that was not his...His teller looked at him and said you have an account here? He said no ma'am I don't...To which she replied. If you don't have an account here, we can't accept cash as a deposit. You have to bring it in as a check...Kind of interesting that that would happen the exact time that I was in there today...Just goes to show me they don't have good customer service at the Bank of America and I'll bet they charge way too many fees and fines... Why everyone doesn't go to Capital One? I'll never understand they have no fees and finds!!!!So as a result of all this...When I talked to my client and told him what had happened at the bank...He responded that he was having issues with them already as well and was already looking for a new banking institution. He was not surprised!So it looks like this branch may lose several more business....Nobody should have to pay for banking!!!

No wonder why they have 2.5 Google review rating.Terrible customer service. Went to notarize some documents. The lady who does the notary was extremely slow, knowing that there are other customers waiting for her, she don`t care and was at least 1 hour with her client chatting. Later we were told by another staff member that our documents can`t be notarized here.Wow, the Same thing they could have said in the very beginning or simply just put the signboard NO NOTARY PLEASE.Just a waste of time.

I was reluctant to come here as I saw only negative reviews. Luckily I didn't pay any attention to Karen because the service at this bank went above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely come back next time I have an urgent matter.

Terrible customer service Went in to open an open an account & from beginning to end they the person who greeted me & person who did my account to be rude & condescending… never go back to that branch!!
