Laura was an absolute angel who helped me get my car back in order when multiple issues popped up the day before my road trip! She was so patient and went above and beyond to help me not only diagnose the issues, but also fixed them all right in the parking lot even in the rain! Thank you Laura!!

Laura is seriously Heaven sent! Came in here to look for a funnel and coolant for my car and she was right there by the door assisting me with no hesitation! Turns out my car battery had also died and she came to the rescue once again. She even installed the new battery in for me! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Right on the diagnosis money!
Thought it was my battery. Matt tested it and said battery was good. He suggested it may be the starter based on my descriptions of the symptoms of the vehicle. He was spot on. I bought the starter right there and went ahead and put it in hoping it was the fix. BINGO! Simple, inexpensive repair. Back up and running. Thanks Matt and Autozone for hiring knowledgeable crew!

Bought a battery, they offered to install it. I was pleasantly surprised! Very helpfull in helping pick out the right battery for my vehicle! And NO, they didn't recommend the most expensive one. Great job guys!
