“I came in with a very minor issue on the hood of my car. Tree sap had dripped all over it and when I went to try to take it off myself, I ended up making it MUCH worst. They got me fixed up and out in less than 30 minutes at a VERY reasonable price. While there I learned that this is a family own and operated business which I love to support! Last week I had a small issue with the skid plate under my 2013 Honda. I reached out to Friendswood Auto Center and spoke with Don. He told me to come by the shop and they would look at it.
Don and Norman are great and I felt like I had known them for years by their friendly personalities and they are also professional and efficient. I was in and out in 20 mins.

“For those who know cars and do their own work, but some stuff is just too in depth or scary to do yourself: go to this location.
I have been coming to this location specifically for years for work on my car. They are especially helpful in diagnosing issues you might be unsure of yourself, doing courtesy diagnostics for external work (funky sounds, check engine light, leaky hoses, etc.) They will acknowledge your concerns, and elaborate on them with more information as needed. Sometimes getting into the specifics on how the process will go for the work on your car or the exact parts needed.
I heavily trust these people and have never had a negative experience here. Always such amazing and knowledgeable front desk staff. You can tell they care about you, your car, and your own knowledge on your car when you show interest.”

I've been using Atlas Auto Inspection for years for myself, for my mother, and for my grandmother.
This was the first year I didn't pass inspection. I was charged for the inspection but told I had fifteen days to pass with no extra charge for any additional inspections. They didn't just give me a fail and send me on my way. The mechanic went out of his way to troubleshoot as much as possible before finalizing it, and he walked me through the process and explained everything to me in a way that I understood.
I knew going in I needed some repairs, I didn't think it would affect an inspection. So I got the issues fixed, went back in, and I was in and out very quickly with a pass. I even got a high five for passing. I insisted on a hug, I was so relieved.
As long as I'm in this area I will go to Atlas and it will always be the place I recommend to other people. The service has been consistently fast, efficient, and painless and the people have always been friendly over the years.”

“We are staying at an RV resort in Houston. Our truck would not start. We called around and Fleetworks answered our call. Super easy to pay and fill out paperwork. They were extremely prompt and had brought some minor parts just in case. Tyler was our service guy. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Fortunately, it was just the battery (which he brought). From the time I called them to completing the job was maybe 2 hours! Bonus, he had the same truck as us and was able to show my non-techy husband what some of the buttons were!”
