ALM is amazing. Maximized my return helping my family and business get back the most money on our return this year. They found deductible items according to the tax law, that I didn't even know existed. They are clearly extremely knowledgeable on tax law. Very patient and easy to work with. Very kind and caring for me as a customer even though my wife and I are a lower level business and people of lower income; they still treated us like royalty. The office is clean and professional and has a very comfortable feeling to it. ALM was recommended to me by several other associates of mine, a few years ago. And we have been extremely happy since we started using ALM as our service for taxes. I would simply recommend this service very highly. I know my wife and I will be returning to ALM for many years to come.

Andrew and his staff have done a great job for us for the last handful of years. He is thorough and makes sure we understand our return. His communication is timely and clear. He is honest and can be trusted. He helped us with an especially tough return his year after Harvey.

Andrew has handled my investments for the past 4 years. When my husband passed away, I needed someone to look after investing the money that I received. When I met Andrew, I knew right away that he was someone I could trust and who would take the time to fully explain all of the details of the investments. I have never had a worry about my choice of ALM or my investments. Recently, I needed help with resolving the taxes for my dad's estate and Andrew has handled it very well. I am very pleased with my selection of ALM for both my investments and taxes issues.

I own my business and Andrew has been doing my taxes for 8 years and payroll for my company for the last 3 years and I am very satisfied with the work he's done. He's set up my families IRA's and my little girls college fund too. Andrew is very friendly and listens to what you have to say and takes time to tell you the options for your situations. His assistant Nancy is always on top of everything and keeps you up to date when things need to be done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

I have been using Andrew for 5 years to do my taxes. I started using him instead of a software because I had a business and wanted to make sure the taxes was done right. I have since closed the business and gotten married but I have continued to go to him for the good service and knowing the job is done correctly. One thing I like is the sit down session after he has prepared the taxes is ready to file. You can asked all the question you need to understand the preparation. The documents you give him are organized and returned in folder labeled with the year. If I ever get audited I can just hand over the folders and keep it moving. I have referred my closest friend to him and he and his wife have been using Andrew for 3 years I think.
