I purchased and the shoes were so painful. I tried to exchange or return and the tall Asian associate was so RUDE. avoid this place like the plague!!! Listen to the other reviewers.

Bad Quality & Service. I bought a dress shoe from here and decided to return it from my first time wearing it after feeling discomfort and pain. Clerk immediately refused and tried selling me some skin protector bandage. I never dealt with such bad service before and for sure wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The store itself is fine, but theres a tall, slim Asian girl that works there that is very rude. i thought it was just me, but then I waited around to see her interaction with another customer and she was still rude. And it seems like the other employees realize it, but just go with the flow.

I love it’s shoes but I think this brand is going in decline . I came to buy some shoes today and the customer service was horrible . Few customers and no greetings and when I ask to try on some shoes they never arrived . I think it’s time try another brand . Poot service at this store

Hello. I dont know if you guys do reviews for your employees however, I went to Aldo in Baybrook Mall yesterday (Sunday July 24) and Derek ( I beleive thats his name) he is a tall handsome light skinned man....he helped me the whole time and was AMAZING!! He was so helpful, complimentary and so attentive. He made me feel very comfortable and happy with my purchase!! Definitely going back and hope to get his help again!

I LOVE ALDO but in this Baybrook mall store the staff is not friendly, they are very slow, they have TWO at the counter and just one person receives the money. what is that? terrible service

I was greeted by an employee quickly and when the item i wanted was out of stock they offered the order online option. Its a small store but staff was friendly and they want to genuinely help. I might go back again bc the shopping experience was great. I just didnt like they don't answer the phone. I tried calling them in advance before going just to check if they had the item i wanted in stock. But other than that it was a good experience!

Horrible experience in this store!!!! lazy salespeople that are on their cell phones the whole time. They only do email receipts so if you never got the email sales receipt or they miss spelled your email you are screwed you can't even get store credit ! Then they have 2 employees that closed the store down for one hour to both go on lunch at the same time ! Do not buy here worst shopping experience ever !!!
